You have assigned load multiplier 1 for dead load. Then why you're assigning loads for beam, column, slab manually? software will generate dead loads for members itself according to member sizes and density. What do you think?
Yes it is absolutely right, in etabs we don't need to add any self wt. of structural members it will be automatically calculated and considered by software. We just need to add superimposed load like wall load on beam and floor finishing load on slab.
While assigning columns, u had assigned all at its CG ..! Actually it's not like that na..if columns will be flushed at any of face then it shall not be at CG location, while assigning..as it will give different results in modal mass participation..due to change in CG & CR. I guess shall be location with offset command. Pls comment

Why you should not pass the members in Design to which is size is capable to take load or withstand in given load case. After Designing can we need to pass the members for provided section sizes ?

You must select Rebar instead of Steel, because its not a steel structure but RCC structure
Instead of steel you should have done with rebar HYSD500, you've changed the properties

Standard sizes of columns followed are like 200x350 200x450 200x600 etc.
Please refer IS 13920 for minimum column sizes

RED = FAILED OR OVERSTRESSED COLUMN, PINK = PASSED MEMBERS
Self load shouldn't be assigned seperatly... Also etabs gives heavier design compared to manual & other softwares
