Hi Grace - thank you for sharing your skin care products! I too love Chantecaille, and use the Rice and Geranium foaming cleanser, purifying and exfoliating phytoactive solution, vital essence, rose de Mai eyelift, stress repair concentrate eye cream; magnolia, jasmine and lily moisturizer; plus several of their masks and the retinol intense. Pricey, but I see great results.

Hi Grace! Your skin looks lovely, and I know you are a dedicated user of Chantecaille’s skincare line. It is very pricey, but not much more than other medical grade lines such as Skin Better Science. Personally, I don’t think I’ve truly seen greater benefits outside of daily SPF, moisturizer; evening double cleanse and use of Tretinoin with once weekly exfoliation. I’ve ditched all of the tools because I didn’t see measurable results. I’ve recently trialed Dr. Karam’s Trifecta - limited to just three pieces (5 if you include SPF and exfoliation). To be fair, I have not given the Trifecta a long enough period (a few months) to make a decision there. Like you, I don’t go in for outside facials, but do get Botox from my doctor. Mainly for forehead and smiles lines around my eyes. Thanks for sharing your fav skin regimen with us. Clearly, this works for you - as well as being a natural beauty.

Thank you so much! ❤️I agree that SPF is so important or else all of that work can be negatively impacted. For me, the tools only tend to work well when I use them with fidelity. It’s certain investment in time. Thank you for sharing what you are testing out. It takes some time to see results with skin care - so definitely keep us posted 🙌🏼

Thank you so much for sharing your skincare routine with us. I use Chantecaille skincare in rotation with a couple of others. Lamer and Biologique Recherche. I must say the Chantecaille products are gaining on the other two. Have a great upcoming week!

Wow, looking absolutely fabulous, dear Grace!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩Saw quite some products i love to use, Chantecaille is my no. 1 skincare brand, followed by Barbara Sturm, a little bit La Mer sometimes only, and once a week a treat: Sensai Ultimate The Cream, discovered recently, i skip serum than, as it also feel a bit thightening. Found a good deal over a month ago, but very expensive. However, being 53 now, i want to invest in skincare. Loved your video, thinking about this am/pm programm from Chantecaille! I know their gold line products, they are great, i do not know these products. But don't know Grace, i'm a walking chaos. These LED products, don't know whiplash here quite a time, but sounds good! But me and light, i use sunglasses also with cloudy weather. But this is such a video to watch 3 times, i just love to learn from you, how you do all of this!!! Gonna sleep, late here in NL/EU, wishing you a wonderful day!!!!😘😘😘😘

Another Chantecaille skin care fan 🥳 I'm just always so pleased when I use their products. My skin just loves them ❤️ My mom, too. I'll even pass along other brands to her to try, but she always comes back to Chantecaille 😄 I hope your week was great!

@@EverydayEdit hi dear Grace, yes, thank you, hope your week too? 😘 Same here, from Chantecaille, most products work for me, which is special with my sensitive skin and eyes. And it's all expensive stuff, Grace, well, Sensai that special cream is more expensive, but even for me to rich for always wearing, good for once a week! Barbara Sturm, it depends as well. Her eye cream and serum, also expensive both, really disappointed me, irritated eyes, finished them on my face, just my face, not my eyes. But Barbara Sturm, the products for the face, she has very good ones, and so soft, most moisturizers, her lifting serum, her balancing toner, her body cream, and really love her cleansing stuff in the tube, the anti aging one, it's sooo good! Chantecaille however, with the exception of anything and everything called exfoliating (afraid of that) and maybe 1 or 2 other things, i love the whole skincare, which is special! I once used a La Prairie moisturizer years ago and got fever, that sensitive is my skin for certain ingredients. Clinique worked a long time. But the alchohol. And i wanted more, more anti aging possibilities about 3 years ago. Chantecaille almost never disappoints, even for my skin!! You have stronger skin, but i love to see what you use, love to learn from you! And also love to see your mama, i know how much she loves Chantecaille skincare, hope she is doing well, sending you all lots of love!!!❤

    Good morning, Grace!
I am enjoying watching your videos. Could you please share how you use Chanel water fresh, it peels on my skin

    • @EverydayEdit
      @EverydayEdit  9 місяців тому

Hello ❤️ Thank you! You mentioned the Water Fresh Tint is peeling on your skin. I'd love more details to see if we can help - maybe one of our fellow viewers may have experienced the same thing. I have not personally had that experience. I'd be curious if it's an interaction between skin care and the product or if it happens over the course of the day, what skin typ you have, etc. Let us know and maybe we will collectively have some ideas of what might help.🌟

Your skin looks great and I use some chantecaille products. I also have dark spots and was just wondering why you’ve never added vit c to your regimen…unless you have and I missed it.

Thank you so much! ❤️ Great question 🌟 I used to use a dedicated vitamin C, and I’m about to try testing out another one. I felt okay about trying to skip that step as found vitamin C is also embedded in some of my products such as the Chantecaille 24K Gold Serum. 🌟

Good afternoon, Grace. Your investment in your skin has truly paid off. Your skin is beautiful and has a lovely radiant glow. My skin is super sensitive and I have allergies, so I do have to be very careful with products I use. I’m encouraged that my dermatologist approved several Dime Beauty products that I’ve been using, especially their Retinol-alternative cream. Prescription retinol caused burning with redness so I had to go off of it. So far I’m very pleased with Dime Beauty products, which are clean, vegan and fragrance-free. Thank you for sharing your regimen, Grace. Your skin looks young and supple. 🤍

I am struggling with makeup removal/cleansing, now that I am wearing more dewy/hydrating foundations. Combo skin is a hassle now. My cheeks just can't handle a double cleanse, it's too much rubbing even if the products are fairly gentle. I get redness and irritation whether I am starting with a balm, oil or micellar water. My t-zone is still oily, most of my life a gel cleanser did the job, but not enough now with these dewier foundations I am using. Basically, I have one shot with a cleanser, using two is just too much. A cleanser needs to be one-shot good at removing makeup, so that I don't irritate my skin OR get breakouts.
The other option I have is forgo the dewy foundations and just use sunscreen, concealer and powder, which will all remove with a single product. The trade-off is the coverage only lasts til lunchtime.

🙌🏼 It sounds like you're doing a good job of really observing your skin and adjusting accordingly. For me that has been so important in coming up with the best routine for my skin type ❤️

    Hi Grace,
I like your intro! People should not buy skincare because an influencer recommends (received or not received in PR).
Personally I never buy skincare from luxury makeup brands. Most of the time they are overpriced, full of fragrance and other irritants. Same with luxury skincare brands like La Prairie, Tata Harper, Elemis etc. Fragrance in skincare has different names. If you don’t see “perfume” or “fragrance” it doesn’t mean they don’t have. Ex.: citronellol, geraniol, linalool, eugenol, limonene, cinnamon, bergamot oil, rose flower extract etc. If you don’t have sensitive skin they will be just very expensive moisturisers which will do nothing special for your skin but you will enjoy the experience: nice packaging/texture/smell.
I have very sensitive skin prone to breakouts and because of that I am extra careful with the ingredients and also I avoid skincare that come in jar packaging.
In conclusion the idea is if you have a good knowledge about which are the effective ingredients for your needs and you know what ingredients your skin can/can’t tolerate you don’t have to spend thousands of dollars in order to have a good skin condition.
    Thanks for sharing! 🙂

❤️ Thank you for sharing what works for you. You're right - there are so many ingredients that can irritate various skin types in skin care, so knowing your skin is key. 🙌🏼

And I thought I used too many products. I also use the tata harper essence (your recommendation) with the serum and was wondering if it was actually working. I spot correct with the Faded as well! I use the La Mer eye concentrate with the Cle de peau on top in the morning & sublimage eye cream at night.Have you tried any May Lindstrom products? I may have to try that Calla lipstick!

😄 Skin care maximalists 🙌🏼 Great question about noticing progress. I’ve wondered the same thing in the past, but I’ve learned to take photos every few months or so to compare progress since day to day progress is slow and difficult to notice. It’s amazing how far my skin has come when I compare pictures - especially those that are years apart 🌟
