Watching from the UK, lovely apartment, all the properties you present are of high quality but weather or not the the price for this one is questionable, it’s near Three Million US Dollars and I’m not convinced it’s worth that ? I noticed when you are standing in front of the swimming pool the access looks very difficult? There is no easy access and it would be even more difficult to get out ? Perhaps I’m missing something…… great presentation from you as always. 👍

So many people talk millions of dollars as if it’s the norm ?? It’s a lot of money….. have you seen what Three Million dollars get you looking over Monaco ?
