Hi Victoria, wonderful home of course BUT I remember you showing a home similar design on entry a number of months ago with direct access to the beach, but the interior had Woden high pitched ceilings which I thought was a lot warmer and more classy looking, this home looks cold because of the colour of floors and walls …. BUT I would not say no ???. Great presentation as always 👍

I could swear I saw the same cathedral designed home in hard wood in another video? I see so many property videos I could be imagining things. That one seemed more old fashioned. This one seems more modern. Both nice though.

Für einen Geschäftsm mag diese Villa ok sein. Aber eine Familie mit Kindern !? Ich fürchte für die Kinder auf Dauer viel Einsamkeit. ( auch durch die Lage ) Und gemütlich und familienfreundlich sieht für Europäer anders aus. Diese Villa ist meines Erachtens nur zum Präsentieren geeignet ! ps. Deine Videos über die verschiedensten Villen sind sehr klar und hervorragend gemacht. Mach weiter so !!! Und viele Grüße , auch an das Team hinter der Kamera.
