it doesn’t work, when mold man enters defense form he deflects sword and ball even with ante up, the only way I would’ve been able to save sp there is if i had the knight card because knight would’ve allowed me to deal enough damage with normal stab, nonetheless very good suggestion and a very good eye you have
@@KingThugHunter no problem! Funny thing, I beat these floors before the buffs and now I feel like I have to beat them again 😅 (iirc you can get another deep focus card from banished knight in the manor, and it certainly comes in handy doing this on hard mode)
@@OneRyguy yeah use an extra deep focus when applicable but if you follow my strategy and have the parry timings down to at least super guard most of these attacks you will 100% beat this without stressing too hard

I took aspects of your build and applied it to my own, along with my own cards like triple fireball and cruel king, and the items certainly helped! (For some reason, I never really took into consideration the items I was using, but I'll try to take them into account from now on.)
i kinda messed up my build here and i wanted to say something about it but typically i do not use the extra hp i used in place of sp saver and power stab, i usually use knight because it allows you to deal extra damage on sling shot, but aside from that with that specific build i had nothing 1 bp would’ve been useful for

You can use the hyperball ground pound to get the same attack advantage as dynamite, so either or works for this strategy

fun fact: you can actually use hyperball ground pound to start a fight, and it will still give u the +2 damage boost
