The way you talk to your squirrel is soooooo cute!! 🥰🥰🥰
Haha thanks 😁
Squill
You definitely do a hell of an amazing job with what you do. Taking out these nests so your clients can won't have to fear about being attacked & stung. Keep up with great work you do Hornet King.
Thank you!
@@HornetKingOfficial you're very welcome.
Does the Hornet King ever bring two shop vacs to a job?
Here's me thinking the squirrel is the cutest thing ever and then suddenly there's skunks! Total cuteness overload ❤
Now you've got skunks? All you need is to add a couple more different animals and you can start your own zoo!😂
They're wild skunks that vacuum the yard at night 😆
Thank you a million times for showing the skunks🦨🦨!
Also really enjoy the ground nests.🇨🇦
I'm in love with those skunks, but that video was too short, so now I'm worried that you are bored with your channel!!! Love it!! 😂😂😂
Haha, nope. I've been slaving on TikTok and Facebook since UA-cam no longer prioritizes smaller creators. So I have a bunch of videos I made for other platforms that I'll be dumping here over the next few days. Stay tuned. Another will be out soon.
Thanks for making everyone aware of ground nests all these years. The footage of the skunks was sweet. Do you get many opossums! Love ‘em.
YOUR ANIMALS ARE AWESOME.....An i see some of my big family stinking up your back yard🦨🦨....l am stinky Steve🇺🇸 and i approve this comment.....THANKS BRET....👍
not many people realize, skunks are the best mice catchers and replelents there is.. skunks are good to have around..just dont make me mad! and they will keep the mice away
Im always so itchy while watching your videos but I cant stop watching 😅
Haha buzz buzz
never noticed how blue the rheas are. great vid!
Night time! 🦨 Time! Thanks for the video.
Hey Hornet King! You speaking to the Squirell how a Chipmunk? 😂😂😂
Thank you for making the larvae available to the critters.😊
Squirley is adorable
For sure!
All power to the evil vacuum, the happy screwball squirrel & the feathered birds
And the unsung heroes, the skunks
The pet squirrels pretty cool
She's a wild squirrel, but yeah, they're cool 😊
Y'know, yellowjackets are just natures land mines... Can remember when dad hit one on a tractor, they followed him seveal hundred yards into the house.
I LOVE these videos and the way you talk to your animals!
Great video thanks for sharing
Aww, those little skunks! We had a little family of skunks a couple years ago. They came out after dark to try to get to the birdfeeders.
Wow the skunks were a cool touch. We dont have them where i am from. (eastern NC). They are awesome looking animals. Had no idea they would be interested in those nests. Cool clip. Keep it up. Love the content!!!
Great content!
The squirrel voice is nails on a chalkboard though!
I wouldn't want to be anywhere near those bugs.
I love the way you talk to your animals
Love the video Hornet King
Im a City kid. I know nothing about nests like this! I never inew that Yellow Jackets could nest underground!
That caught be off guard he went right into it the removal
I have short videos I made for FB and Tiktok and need to dump them. So I'll be dropping a bunch of shorter form videos over the next several days

I missed squirrel. Nice to see him again.
Squirrel getting his protein. I always thought they were vegetarian.😮
This was outstanding HK..🎉😍😮 I absolutely love when you feed Mr. Squirrely Squirrel..😊 Very heartwarming..❤ Take care.👍💕🔥👊
Lets goo!!!
Wahoo!
You get me with that voice every single time
that's gonna be a fat squirrel for winter
I never knew squirrels would eat that
@.56min. :could you imagine somebody going out at night". No, but I have my own stories about "angry hornets".
I was a born on a small New England farm. Our "chores" included harvesting the hay, and we did it all by hand.
Once in a while a hornets nest underground gets disturbed by "by the hayfork." Hornets under the (mown) hay aren't discovered until you turn over hay to dry. We were attacked every summer by hornets or wasps or both.
We had a solution, fire. About a small amount of gasoline (pint) dropped on the opening of the underground nest. Drop a match, back away a couple of feet and watch the show.
Hornets coming out of the nest get incinerated instantly, and those who are returning to the nest fly into the fire and instantly there wings are burnt like paper, and they their bodies fall into the fire like any falling object responding to gravity.
I still have fond memories doing that over 60 years ago. I have lots and lots and lots of stories about hornets (and wasps). I think all kids growing up on a farm will accidently find (and get bit) by a hornet or wasp several times before they reach adult age.
The Yellow Jackets didn't have a chance...lol
That’s sooo cool!
LoL you did some serious editing for this!😂😂
The one that flew onto the nozzle thought she was safe
Your video reminded me of the time many years ago when I painted houses for a living and was on the receiving end of one of those hidden nest. OH MAN!
Ground nest vacuuming is my FAVORITE!!😊
I had very painful surgery today, so I was extremely happy to see that you posted two videos! I certainly wanted to see these to help take my mind off my pain. I’m sure you already answered this and I apologize but my mind isn’t working well right now..which hornets are the most aggressive? Thank you for you patience Brett. Your precious squirrel has the most beautiful eyes! 💗
Im glad you enjoy the videos! Hope you recover quickly.
Southern Yellow Jackets are the most aggressive I deal with.
The skunks are new. Visiting at night?
Never thought of squirrels as omnivores.
I’m sorry you have a pet squirrel?! How?!
I wonder if you threw a few mothball packs on top of that area where the nest was would the yellow jackets be gone in a few days?🤔 I'm not gonna test that theory, but if other insects, mice, and snakes can't stand that smell, maybe just maybe it would work for yellow jackets too.
You have some nice feathered dinosaurs.
Now that it appears you have acquired a squirrel accent, has the squirrel begun to speak english? lol
1:59 what is that black thing in his ear?
She flung larva guts onto her ear
Love your content.
Are workers and guards physically/genetically the same but with different roles?
Or are they distinct like drones and queens?
I NEED a pet squirrel!
How did you get one/keep them?!
Can't tell you how many times I've been stung by yellow jackets, they don't spare the manpower when they attack
I love that you sound like Bullwinkle when you talk to the animals. I notice you don't talk as lovingly to the hornets...or maybe just the ones your raising?
Flower! 👍😁👍✌️💜💜💜
hornet king- doing gods work 😍.
Don't want to wander around your yard at night.
verified UA-camr moment
Hey to the animals to.
Wow. Dangerous.
It almost looked like it would have been useful to have a second shop vac nozzle on the left side of the nest entrance in the beginning of the extraction .
How does the nest survive underground when it rains? Would it not get flooded and the colony drowns?
No unless it built on a flood plain. During normal rain, the ground absorbs water and the nest stays dry.
I cant believe a squirrel allows petting.
The skunks look really healthy.
I'm normally a live and let live person, but after being attacked and bit 3x and my dog getting bit multiple times my hate for these things is immeasurable.
But yes as always you do an amazing job
I'm guessing the skunks aren't pets, local wildlife
Are squirrels soft? I can't say I've ever gotten to pet one!
Yup! Feel like rabbits
I can just imagine someone sneaking around the side of the house to pee and they accidentally pee next to the entrance...
POLECATS !!! YIKES !!!!
Can you pet the skunks?
I got worried for the squirrel when I saw a wasp on the cone while he was eating.
Thought it would sting him on the mouth.
👍
Was the tame squirrel raised by you from a baby?
Nice work. I hate the yellow jacket
I am missing the longer videos 😮💨
احسنت العمل 👍👍👍 رائع.
I almost felt a twinge of sympathy for the nest.
God damn that Rhea is cool! I want me one! I wonder if you’re allowed to have one in Australia? Anyone know?
The Beekeeper part 2 revenge of the hive
I would love to be your squirrel in my next live
How do you avoid having the skunks freak out and spray?
They're not that reactive.
Hey buddy
👍👍👍👍✌✌😎😎
That would suck going out at night and fall through that oof that would not be pretty.
I know captive-bred/semi-domestic skunks are great with people, but how do you find the totally wild ones personality-wise?
Super chill
@@HornetKingOfficial That's awesome. Glad you've got more wild friends.
They remind me of southern yellow jackets coming out that fast. Evil little monsters.
Eastern are 2nd most aggressive, in my opinion
@@HornetKingOfficialever hear of Vespa Luctuosa, Vespa Dubowskii, Vespa Fumida, Vespa Phillipinensis, or even Vespa Multimaculata?? They are the absolute worst
that a dangerous nest if childs play there or of you are alergic to wasp bite could be deadly
For sure!
I wonder why some nests are aggressive and others are not. I posted in another video about having them in my house last summer and they were totally non-aggressive.
New Skunk friends i see
For the few the vacum gets dozens are missed.
Haha, false.
Then you've obviously never watched any of his videos where this has been explained numerous times.
@kane7540 I have. I can literally see them flying off. In a house, they may well be forced to return being somewhat disoriented.
In the open, they are free to make new nests, join others, or return after the main nest is removed and plauge the area until they die.
@@paulf2529 he explains this as well in past videos how ones that don't get somehow vacuumed up will not establish new nests, and he generally sprays a deterrent to prevent them from trying to rebuild in the previous location.
They don't join others or build new nests on their own...the founding queen is responsible for that.
@kane7540 if the nest is late season then it will have hundreds of viable queen's in it. If a deterent is sprayed, then I have yet to see this on film.
I just wait to night time when the whole colony is at home and dumb a cup of gas in there entrance, they really don't react to petroleum products so well 😅
If the yellowjackets won’t fly at night how will they find you? I thought their vision was really poor in the dark? 🤔
Being that they live underground, I would think they can see pretty well in minimal light
The squirrel has a tick behind his left ear
Nope.
Recykling
way too short😂
I have short videos I need to get rid of. So today is the day. Stay tuned
Véspera maculifrona
How are you feeding a skunk and not getting sprayed like what?
They're not that reactive

God i hate the way you say squirrel. Love your videos tho
Then watch something else 🤭
@HornetKingOfficial like I said I love your videos. Just stop saying squirrel the way you do. It's painfully annoying. Other than that, love you hornet king!!!
