In my school, Rhino doesn't get any interest in terms of teaching to students, only Revit and ArchiCAD for BIM. Is Rhino user-friendly in terms of shortcuts like AutoCAD or much harder to "memorize" than the other softwares? I want to try Rhino but somehow, I only have one laptop and the storage is already crying 😭
If those programs meet all your needs I would continue using them. The shortcuts are very similar to AutoCAD. It’s also good to take into consideration that Rhino is more expensive. For the extra storage, I bought an external hard drive and it is very useful to save space :)
Thanks for asking. I have an HP Pavilion laptop 15 inches, i7 Core and a Nvidia GeForce Gtx graphic card. I recommend looking for similar qualities or better. Mine works well and I haven’t had any problems. Make sure to have a graphic card for apps like autocad etc. 😊
Standing 100% behind your project is key. Often it’s not only about the design itself but also about your concept and the way you present it. Really stand by it and don’t let go of your point of view. Try to see every critique you get as feedback. It will make you see it in a more positive way. :)

What is the best laptop for architect?

We just finished our Residential design presentation yesterday.
How do you guys handle critics while defending your project?
