COLLEGE FOOTBALL 25 | UAB at #19 Notre Dame - Week 3 | R3DBARZ Program Rebuild | Season 1

Welcome to the first season of the UAB Blazers’ Program Rebuild, inside of College Football ’25! If you have been following along to me, you will know that I do both Madden Rebuilds and College Football Rebuilds. I have only done one College Football Rebuild so far, but I think it’s been a success so far. Season 1 of that rebuild ended at the end of November, then took a break in December, and Season 2 is kicking off at the same time as this rebuild.
Just like that rebuild, there is a new head coach taking over the program and his name is Suede Saxton. He was a dominant high school coach at DeSoto High School, in Texas. Last season, he would lead the team to the State Championship game where they would defeat Duncanville 38-21. He has a very interesting run-oriented scheme he runs, with multiple speedsters, which led the team all the way to a State Championship title. Now, after three years of coaching at DeSoto, he has accepted an offer from the Athletic Department at UAB to come lead the program into a new era. Let’s see if he can bring his non-traditional running scheme to the college level and ultimately win a National Championship. He has a lot of work cut out for him because UAB is not a highly regarded program.
