It's always amused me that for most hondas the redline is merely a suggestion. rev limiter is usually somewhere between 500 rpm and 2000 rpm higher than redline
This is the OEM speedo, k20 redline is about 7800

this car is meant strictly for drag racing, the internals like air-condition etc have been stripped off for weight reduction.This car is blazingly fast in a straight light, but will be made a joke of in any track

Measuring times off the speedo lol? Should it be using a vbox or dragy as speedos aren't very accurate
Let alone the smaller diameter wheel which also skews the speedo's accuracy
Im sorry but thats way more than 280hp. It doesnt matter if it weigths less than 2000lbs, it needs more power than that to get to 100km/h in 3.1 sec and 200km/h in 12
Horsepower is the force that carries the wheels and the weights resting on the wheels. When your power is increasing and the weight of which the power needs to carry is decreasing you have harder lateral G's (pull back) and you thus know your car is accelerating faster due to the decrease in weight while adding power, hence the reason people gut cars. You put the same engine in 2 different brand of cars with 60/40 weight distributions however one weighs exactly 500lbs less than the other it will leave the line faster and accelerate better.
Definitely more than 280, drag tyres doing a good job also

Very nice and clean! What is the price of those engines in 2020? I want to K swap my '95 Si with either a K20 or K24. As i see in the video, it fits nicely. Do i need to cut and riund out anything in the engine bay? If someone knows tell me, thanks a lot in advance!

yea until your 335i needs a turbo rebuild or engine rebuild or trans rebuild or pretty much everything rebuilded after 100k miles. ill stick with the honda

I wish mine was that fast.. its getting there. I have the 95 vx hatch full turbo kit, in take mannafold, 750cc injectors, and full engine rebuild. the thing looks stock but sounds Luke a racecar.. I get so much head spin lol

K24 block, K20 head, stock cams, EP3 Type-R stock gearbox, bolt-on intake, exhaust and aftermarket ECU.
