- Breakfast Lunch or Dinner -Vada pav is the best , sometimes spelled wada pav or Vada Paav, is a popular spicy vegetarian fast food dish native to the Indian state of Maharashtra. It consists of a batata vada sandwiched between 2 slices of a pav.

Ingredients
Directions
12 piece ginger
1/2 tsp haldi
1 cup besan
1 tsp chili powder
to taste coriander leaves A handful of
1.5 clove garlic
3 number green chilis
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 number lemon
3 big potatoes
to taste salt and sugar
to fry vegetable oil
Boil and mash the potatoes. Grind together the ingredients for the paste and mix with the mashed potatoes. Make round balls of the potato mixture (about the size of table tennis balls). Prepare the batter of besan. Take care not to add too much water. Heat the oil until its hot enough to brown the batter (test it with little droplets of batter). When the oil is hot, dip the balls of potato in the batter, and fry. Place the fried Vada on absorbent kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Slice the Pav in half, spread on it any chutney or none whatsover. Place vada between the slices and serve immediately. Some finely chopped onions go well with this.

@@vahrehvah I love you chef but please lay off mislabeling every dish as biryani. You know very well Biryani, Tahari, Pulao, Mandi, gosth khichdi etc are different. But adding each and every cereal and meat/chicken/vegetable combo to biryani list is not good. You have no shortage of admirers nor shortage of views. Please be true to yourself and avoid click bait advertising it doesn't increase your popularity but instead turns off quite a few people.
@@70newlife who really care about the differentiation in recipes - He makes shows to inspire others to cook @ home .. As a bachelor guy, I learnt a lot of recipes in this channel .
Its the restuarant owners who needs the differentiation as they have to put a price according to the complexity in cooking . I dont think those who want to cook @home doesnot need much depth in understanding the culture of different recipes.
I hate following old rules & standards for a preparation . I would rather interested in customizing the various dishes according to my taste buds .
I still remember those beautiful days(2009,10,11), when I had a normal speed Internet connection and I used to watch your videos. For all who don't know, Vahchef was the only leading UA-camr at that time who uploaded great recipes and helped the people.
