Griots is one of the few companies that prides in customer service, i had some issues on some of the products i purchased and i called them and they picked up and helped me right away and backs up their product and prioritized the consumer satisfaction. That is pretty rare these days to have the company help the consumer and or assist them. Purchase with confidence!
I wasn't at all impressed with my products I bought needless to say they assured me what I bought would do what I was needing and it didn't sent all my polishers back ended up buying a harbor freight polisher works better
@@rongamble9884You hit it right there "buying something for what u needed or its intended purpose which imho alot of companies specially new ones dont understand" I love harbor freight and still kept my yearly membership, i started with a rotary when my skills for the dual action reach to a point where i needed to challenge myself and didnt want to spend much coz what if i didnt like it so a picked and learned using the $50 rotary which still going after more than a decade just had too replace the brush inside. Then i moved up to some of pricey machines which i agree HF can go head to head with the pricey machines. So for me i look on the balance of the machine in my hand, it's component and basically the armature which for some i had to apply epoxy resin for the amount of abuse their gonna get. Last and most importantly is the warranty and customer service which harbor freight is very good as well as Griots which have excellent customer service and not only provide or sell machines but chemicals that works for its intended use for beginners to pros level enthusiast. I hope Griots stays with this mantra of customer service because thats how i remember whenever i hear their name.
Griots has improved so much over the years, remember when Jeff Brown left Meguiars and joined Griots and things took off from an enthusiast level of car care products to top level polishers etc. Was in that group of detailers who were testing the G21/15 years ago before I retired and still have those to pre-production polishers to this day.
I miss you guys. I moved to Mississippi two years ago used to come into your store almost every weeks to get all kinds of stuff , and go to the car shows every month during the summer , now I go to O’Reillys down the road, but they still don’t got all the stuff and I’m used to in your store. I still order product that they don’t have in O’Reillys for online store in Illinois .. Keep up the good work what are you guys do!!!!
Been using glass sealant for years and installed it when i got home from work today to get ready for the winter. Can't wait to try the ceramic glass coating, keep up the great work 👍
I always love SEMA week! I'm excited for all these new products, especially that new, updated Rinseless Wash! My gosh darned wallet is going to be empty again. JDM squash is my favorite of the scents. I've loved that scent for many years. Believe it or not, the ORIGINAL Air Wick Stick Ups from the late 70's and early 80's was a very similar scent to JDM squash and they were AWESOME! They made an automobile smell perfect. (I miss those original version of the Stick-up's quite a bit) Glad that Griot's now has the JDM scent, especially now that it's available in multiple options! That new wash bucket is pretty slick with the divider separating the two sections for a two bucket wash method for those that still do that, but then can remove the divider for those like myself who only use a single wash bucket with multiple mitts or microfiber towels in the bucket. Love that you have options with that now. I might have to pick one of those. Plus I have a wash mitt on the stick and can use the rectangular bucket with my mitt on a stick. And the addition of the side caddy is perfect. A really innovative solution to a wash bucket design. Expensive yes, but worth it? Absolutely. That's probably the nicest wash bucket on the market today. A lot of detailers rave about the Yeti buckets with all the bells and whistle accessories which are crazy expensive. I'd much rather have one of these innovative Griot's buckets for less money! Then that converter for the micro polisher! That's a nice complement to the micro line to allow you to use a cord if you run out of juice or you are in a detail shop where you might be using it a lot longer than someone in a home setting. My gosh darned wallet will be empty again! My wife's not gonna be happy!
Good to see the protection-free rinseless! This product has really become my go-to for keeping my rides clean in the winter, but with a ceramic coating, I was hesistant to add anything on top of it that might negatively affect its performance.
The ceramic vinyl and rubber is very good product to have that last, ive tested on dried out rubber mouldings and revived them. i apply and let the rubber absorb the product and re applied twice and after wiped down the excess and so far the mouldings are holding up well. The key take away is to clean the rubber well and let the product be absorb then re apply till the rubber cant absorb the product the wipe dry, its not glossy just slight sheen like a new rubber of the box.
What would be the process of removing glass sealant to apply the ceramic glass coating? Also, what will be the process of removing ceramic 3n1 spray to apply the ceramic all in one wax?
When will the Ceramic Glass Coating Kit be available? How does the new rinseless wash compare to the ceramic rinseless? I would love to know when I can use non-ceramic products on my car that has Ceramic 3 in 1 or Ceramic Liquid Wax. I've got 5 green bottles and multiple near full non Ceramic products to use up.
I’m always weary of those oily vent clip scent dispensers as the oil rests on interior surfaces, causing them to attract dust & dirt and make your interior get dirtier quickly. Not to mention if they drip they ruin plastic. Are these going to do the same thing?
My son used the ceramic wash coat 2 weeks ago cost him 600.00 to get all the streaks buffet and polished out will never bye anything with this name on it beware it's not good
At this point they're so far behind the curve on coatings I don't know that the investment would be worth it. No doubt some people would love to see a Griot's-branded coating, but it's already a crowded field and getting more so all the time. I don't think I would take a risk on an unproven coating after finding and using the best on the market.
@@cgraham6 i agree especially since a huge thing with griots is their ease of application. they did release a glass coating though, so i’m excited to see that
@@slickautostylingthe glass coating might be a collaboration with Cerakote, as they have glass coating towelettes in that package. Search up Cerakote Glass Coat. Reason I think it’s a possible collaboration is that their trim restorer wipes were done with Cerakote.

I like the shirts.👍
That bucket is a joke... you guys make great products, that is not one. That is a chemical guys product...
That wash bucket, how many gallons does each side hold, looks small🤷♂️
Great new products most impressed with the wash bucket can't wait to get it on order.
So a griots ceramic coating coming soon? The glass coating needs a paint coating to match….
Need both sizes of those quick disconnects!!
Love the new wash bucket!
Can't understand stand why you haven't put a kit together of the 1-2-3in pads for the battery powered mini polisher
Very cool!! 👍🏻🇨🇦
Hybrid inverter. Nice!
New wash bucket is awesome!
2 great looking men with those sexy mustaches 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Nobody has the size on their fittings!! That’s awesome
You forgot the BOSS Ceramic All in One!
