Emergency Landing At LLHZ with C172 (Flaps Failure) w/ATC

During my 4th traffic pattern while preparing the aircraft for landing I saw that the flaps won't work. After going around made a safe landing at LLHZ RWY29.

great,,but why do israelies spaek hebrew on radio?

I am not a pilot and I am not born Israeli but I live here for 30 years and speak Hebrew very well.
I have noticed the wherever they want to feel more secure they are switching to Hebrew, and they have very developed hebrew vocabulary for every occasion technical or other...
also as this is the country of many immigrans From all over the world somehow the hebrew iz common language Lingua Franca

IFR in English. VFR in hebrew. That's the rules in israel.
