Yeah Mr Whiskers this is from 1999 or 2000. Glad to have seen them on this tour! Better than their later material imo. "Another Version Of The Twist" is about the Clinton administration.
Himsa make consistent music with one of the most brutal vocalists, actual riffs and melodies. And by that I mean the band since their first EP with Pettibone, which completely blows this shit out of the water.
Could'nt agree more. This blows so hard. Then again, Himsa (as the world knows it) is not this band aside from the bass player :D First EP with Pettibone you hear immediately a difference in quality and intensity
My Aunt gave me this album as a kid, her and my mom's cousin was mike green the OG drummer. Shit rips as hard as the day she gave it to me.
By far their best.
lol
when mailorder was a thing ordered this shit from ,lumberjack distro, and fucking rocked it trying to play along and learn the riffs
I fucking miss these guys! Thanks for posting!
This band is so fucking underrated
I sense a bit of Deadguy influence in this album 👌
If only they didn't deviate so far on this release
This was their first. Everything after was the deviation.

Sucks balls. "Newer" Himsa is way better with Pettibone.
