- Queen is interviewed on the day of their 2nd show of their 1976 'A Night At The Opera' USA tour in Boston Massachusetts (where they would be performing the following night as well) by the popular radio show WBCN FM, interviewed by Maxanne Sartori on January 29th, 1976.
⚠️ DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN THIS AUDIO! However, I DID make this video by including the picture of a ticket stub of the 2 concert nights that I got from queenlive.com, and merged all 5 different audio clips of this interview together. The only thing I tampered with was trimming down the songs '39' & 'Man From Manhattan' which were played in full. Other than that, nothing else was done to it. Enjoy my dears! ❤️
They are so soft spoken that the Americans have to keep asking them to speak up! lol..
This interview is in Boston…….
Roger's american accent is killing me with laughter however amazing interview! :D
They all speak so beautifully ❤️
Wow, I could listen to them speak all day along. Look at the price of those tickets.
Freddie was in such a good mood here !! 😍😂
"Wow, two big words!" Freddie is adorable, considering how very erudite he is anyway!
Love this, thank you for sharing. Freddie was in a playful mood. His few notes of Lennon’s, “Happy Christmas (War Is Over) sounded divine. Would have loved to have heard Freddie cover it in his lifetime. 🥰
Lovely to hear their voices?
Thanks for posting! 2 days after they opened the American tour in my hometown of Waterbury, CT. It was the first time Bohemian Rhapsody was played live in America. Unfortunately, I was a little too young to be there. They played in Waterbury in 74, 75 & 76.
Awwww!!! I love hearing from fellow American Queen fans that were present during the 70's!! It was such a superior decade for Queen, and although you unfortunately didn't get to attend those concerts in Waterbury, it is SO AMAZING to know that they performed in your hometown when you were younger, how cool is that! Thanks so much for sharing ♥️✨
@@aquariusbree I’m also a American Fan! I wasn’t alive in the 70’s tho....sucks cause 70’s Queen are my favorite
Mahvelous darling... thank you for sharing - so wonderful to hear Freddie's voice.
Great !!! Thank you.👑
Welcomes!!
Nice that they spent some time discussing my all-time favourite!
Thank you!!
This is Amazing!
Wow! 1976 I'm in grade 4 👍😂😍
Tell me, how was it like in the 70's?
@@valeriebarcenas5566 😂
@@TheLiveMontageGuy05 what? Wait a minute, did they mean they're fourth grade now? Or in 1976?
@@valeriebarcenas5566 I have no idea
@@TheLiveMontageGuy05 haha ok
Thanks for sharing!Love to hear them!
Thank you for the amazing interview! 💞🇬🇷
XD OMGGGG
I am absolutely surprised, Freddie speaks brilliant English :) Did he really live in India and Zanzibar?
Many people do speak perfect English in both India and Zanzibar. What are you on about?
His family spoke Indian at home. But Freddie was sent to boarding school in India, at an early age, where English was spoken. He spoke better English than most English people.
@@barrymitchell6444There's no 'Indian' language: there's Hindi, but his family spoke English at home according to his sister (who, unlike any of us, was actually there).
@@basstian Hindi has become the most popular of a number of languages being used in India... which is why it's easier to say Indian. Their parents spoke in their native language at home.

Learn English. It's not our fault you're Chilean!!!
Puedes aprender inglés. Toma tiempo, pero lo vale.
