Wow, a fantastic recipe. My grandma used to cook this dish, in the early 50's. I was a child then. She used to cook mint chutney, angled luffa chutney, inggi puli, garlic ginger chutney and various other types. Thanks for rekindling the age old recipe. I loved chutneys. This recepe I tried yesterday and it has come out very well. Superb taste with poondu and karuvapilai flavour lingering in the mouth. Tasted with Dosai and cooked Rice. Fantastic..
