Sir, you are great to read the mind. My daughter is blessed with babyboy a month ago n she n ofcourse all in our family are your fans. She makes the dishes as soon as you release the Utube. She was so sad tht she could not make any of your dishes last two months n looks like now you make a dish for her. Dude.....Namma Ammas don't add jaggery. Most of his dishes have jaggery which most of mom's refuse to add in every day cooking. So definitely this chefs dish will taste different due to minimum sweetness
