I agree with this. As a hotshot carrier, when I see a company with constant loads, I try to build that relationship with them. If I can, I connect with 1 broker from the company and on the first load, beforehand, I communicate with them and put them at ease. I take pictures before and after securing and let them know if delays happen, weather, traffic, etc. And after completing load, I ask what I could have done better. Sorry for the long comment.

I don’t agreed with the “allusion “ Remember , do not underestimate the other party when you are making a business deal . Don’t think you can say or create something that doesn’t existe just because you think the other party doesn’t know anything about business . And you know that there is a bunch of brokers who really think that way .
I don’t agree to this. Supply and demand is the fact here. If there’s a lot of loads and not many trucks = high rates. A lot of trucks and not much demand = low rates. Stop letting brokers decide what’s gonna be your pay. We truck drivers are dumb
