After having insane luck for so many weeks in a row, I wanted to put that luck to the test. Could we consistently profit from Yu-Gi-Oh! packs until we hit the goal of a £500 collection? Obviously we had to spice things up a bit as that's just not realistically possible, so we threw in a little high-stakes with shadow duels to try and back our luck up with skill. All or Nothing. Profit or Forfeit.
#Profit #or #Forfeit
If you flip a coin 8 times, what are the odds you call it right every time?
50/50, either you do or don’t.
@@emerald0310 lol
Exactly 0 😆
1/256 lol
You knew what was gonna happen when the shadow duel was RNG themes against the dude who won the raffle vs 600 other people
Revz before the episode, walked under a ladder , broke a mirror which set fire to a field of 4 leaf clovers which scared a black cat into going in his direction.
Fun fact: this series keeps me up at night because of how addicting it is to watch
Ah yes the best RNG card of all time...Chaos Levianeer
Highlight of this year has to be one of my best mates buying his own house. We got older, but it also comes with perks baby!
Congratz to Sunpai for picking up the win! Fun episode but it really does show the risks of buying products that have single packs in them rather than a grip of packs from one set.
The highlight of my year was saying that Kashtira Fenrir was “too expensive” at 40 dollars. A statement that aged like a fine glass of milk if I do say so myself.
My favorite part of 2022 was getting to go to my first YCS, YCS charlotte with my friends I met at locals. I got to meet Pak and Dzeeff, two players who got me back into the game and they signed some cards I relate to them. I scrubbed out but had so much fun interacting with the community ❤ can’t wait to see what’s in store for 2023 Yugioh!
Hey mate, just found your videos recently and they are great, thanks for the content, you're doing us a massive solid even if it's a decent job for you, haha 👍
Ideas for the next series or future series:
You could add wheels to spin or other random elements before opening (which could give you bonus packs or maybe even a low chance to delete packs if you're feeling brutal, haha) and after if you don't profit (nasty forfeits or even a small chance of straight up loss of the collection or decent minuses to the total value) or if you do profit (bonuses to total value or extra packs for straight up value what you pull)
I think the series is awesome the way it is but could use some shake ups for each series or overall changes to improve it further. For me if you could churn them out quicker then it would be a positive as currently they last quite long for what they are and this may help to do that or at the very least make a series about pot luck even more about pot luck, lol.
The dueling element at the end if you lose profit is fun but not the best for me so maybe could stay as part of the forfeit wheel as opposed to something that happens every time when you lose.
These are just my opinions and obviously if you want to keep it how it is then fair enough but think there is more you can do to improve it as a viewer.
I definitely think you r onto something here with this series and would love to see it grow and grow in whatever direction you want it to go and these are just suggestions that may sound good or not but either way I'll probably still watch 👍
Keep doing what you r doing and respect to the children's casino king, haha!
P.s I know £2 is nothing lol but I did it as feel like there might be more chance of you reading this as opposed to a normal comment, hopefully you do but if not no worries, have a good one 👍
Maybe you could do a poll on a few of these ideas but think they are decent ideas regardless, would be good to get your opinion also but as I said whatever you want is best 👍
Man it feels like these mystery boxes screw you every time 😢
How did I miss that this was a series? Time to go back and binge watch every previous episode!
it is a crushing feeling to see your name on the picker but not get chosen :,(
highlight was watching the from scratch series all for the first time, and actually getting back into playing yugioh in July with the albaz structure decks
Kinda love the mystery boxes, although I feel like with mystery box episode there should be a gamble option on packs to help balance the randomness
Levianeer isn t really a random card is it?
What a series 😍 Most fun yugi series on UA-cam right now!
What's "random" about Chaos Dragon Levianeer?
12:50 First Edition Secret Rare Aluber with misprint (this version says "add a DESPIA S|T" instead of a Branded S|T).
Honestly, the highlight of my year was moving, getting back into YGO, and making new friends at my new locals!
My highlight of the year was going to the North American Championship. I got my first ever invite at the Philly regional after getting back into the game 6 years ago. My mom and I made a roadtrip out the experience which was really fun.
Now that I think about it, everything for me in Yugioh went downhill after that…
My best part of 2022 is my channel has gone from 500 to nearly 850!
Ahhh that was so entertaining to watch with the RNG Duel. I loved how it added that extra level of risk to losing the collection or not
my highlight was definitely YCS Dortmund not only was it a LOT of fun but i also got to meet a lot of the friends i made online over the last 3-4 years irl for the first time
My favorite part of 2022 is rejoining the game. I've met so many amazing people through yugioh that have really changed my life. Love you all.
Using monsters such as Dangers and Levianeer, that aren't specifically "roll a six-sided die" or "toss a coin," is not what I expected. Interesting.
Revz just got left by his own luck in both pack opening and in the duel. Keep going bro I love watching this serie
You know what I’ve been watching lately? Season one if from scratch. Love the old days with dragon link. Love the progress
What is being used for these shadow duels? Would love to try it out
Highlight of my year was YCS Charlotte. My first in person YCS, first YCS event back I think, and I pulled a dpe out the packs
My highlight is what I learned from being employed to unemployed to employed again. I feel asleep professionally for a bit but going through it has grown me and woke me up.
The high point for me, yugioh-wise, was returning to the game and locals after 10 years out.
Fun fact: finding your channel gave me the final push to get back into the game, Revz!
My highlight of 2022 was attending multiple sneak peaks! [Dimension Force and Darkwing Blast]
My highlight is that I started playing YuGiOh this year, it's been some interesting 10months since I started to play in paper for sure!
My highlight of 2022 is not having to deal with sinuses so bad I can't hardly stand straight.
I feel like death still, but I felt like rotting corpse yesterday, so there is an improvement
Mystery Boxes are always interesting, it just depends on what is in it.
My highlight of 2022 was just all the good content that was uploaded on youtube in general, mostly yugioh.
How do you know all the chase cards??
I honestly though it was safe when the secret aluber was pulled didnt realise it had dropped that much
Nooooooo!!!!! Poor luck, bud. Get’em on the next go round!
My highlight for 2022 was the birth of my son. First and only child so far and he’s nearing 9 months old. It’s been such a great adventure
Highlight of 2022? that's hard. I've had so many great moments. I guess one of my more recent ones is going to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra for the first time earlier this month. was an awesome time I had.
Best thing that happened in 2022 was probably that cute cat I saw walking across the street
I'm not sure I'd call it the highlight of my whole year per se, but the highlight of Yugioh for me this year would have to be the Progression Series I did with my friends. We only got to the end of GX in the end, but it was a fun time regardless.
The highest point for me has been starting to collect cards again. I love to see my own collection's value grow
Another video nicely done, wish u happy holidays! And continue with the amazing content, always love it. Btw, a good idea for the shadow duel needs to be only tier 0 or formely tier 0 decks, would be nice to see those formidables decks clashing
my best moment from 2022 was when I finally got one of my favorite monsters in the game, Borrelend dragon which was for my favorite deck, Rokkets.
can i ask how is levianeer a luck based card
Highlight of 2022 was pulling a starlight dharc charmer at my first regional, such a good time with my friends at locals going to the regional but that was the cherry on top
My highlight was pulling my first Starlight Exosister Martha. I may have bought two boxes but it's still a major highlight for me.
My highlight was getting my nephew to play casual decks for fun. He’s new to the game but it’s been a blast
Always like watching this series. Something about it is just cool. Like an alternate universe version of battle city
Getting back into yugioh after 10 years has been the best part of 2022 by far
I pulled a starlight cartesia recently.
That's probably about it.
I had a POTE case but still ended up spending another 300 dollars just to get playsets of pearlino and spright blue.
Someone had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't say I wasn't lucky after that. If I was lucky the case would've had the playsets I wanted and not eight copies of asura king and ghoti.
Though my case was nowhere near as bad as yours, which is what I was expecting.
It really doesn't matter at all though. Making locals is hard and despite my best efforts I'm still pretty hated, so it's just a miserable experiencing attending. I wish I could remote duel into random locals or something so I can just play without interacting with people. All well.
What binder do you use?
Highlight of my year has to be starting up the DnD campaign I'm running, players are really enjoying it and we've had an impossibly consistent schedule
My favourite moment of 2022 has to be december, where I got back into yugioh and was blessed with Albaz Strike x3 and played in my first tournament!!! I didn't win that much since I don't have the necessary staples, but it was a lot of fun 😁
Prosperity was blazing vortex. You were right with the diviner though.
My highlight of 2022 is graduating high school it’s been a rough few years and it feels nice to finally finish
Glad this series has kept going
Highlight of 2022 for me was meeting joshua schmidt at YCS Dortmund
I think my highlight of this year looking back was getting out of a relationship that I was not happening, now my life has moved on a bit so I'm doing a lot better for it 🔥🔥
The best part of this year is when the new superheavy samurai support was announced
5:10 you're thinking of lunalight
I've just pulled a Fenrir from buying 3 dark wing blasts at my locals. Crazy how An ultra rare is going for 50-60 pounds.
I love the aster world boxes. The variety of packs is amazing but definitely need a bit of luck to get some awesome pulls from a single pack
Wait... how is Levianeer RNG? Am I missing something?
I made a really good friend this 2022, so even though the year hasn't been the best overall, I'm happy I met her
Love your series, discovered you with playing yu gi oh properly and fell in love with your content. Keep it up!
Awesome shadow duel. I think the next shadow duel should be using on flip effect monsters
I’ve really loved the progression of yugitubers this year.
Damn that luck is just like my top decks against tearlaments. I'd have to say one of my highlights of the year is finishing off my Photon Galaxy deck, in prep for February.
Top highlight for me was going to my first locals after playing casually as a kid and coming back to it years later
One of my smaller highlights was definitely topping my locals with Dinomorphia. It really ain’t much tbh but it’s my proud achievement
2022 highlight was getting into yugioh. I’m new, I learned when master duel came out and I’ve already topped my locals using cyber dragon, lol
that coin flip deck really was a great idea
my highlight of 2022 is starting playing yugioh when i started uni, helped me make so many new friends :D
Highlight of this year I've loved going to events because I got to go with all my closest friends and just have a great time
My highlight was starting to go to locals for the first time and pulling a pharohs rare Neos! Great year on this side ehehe! Amazing video as always!
Hi mate I live in the UK and struggle to buy singles online due to delivery costs and not a lot of UK stores what would you recommend?
My highlight of 2022 is finally going undefeated at locals for once.
Shadow duel Idea: From Dezeef:
One card of each type: each monster type and subtype (no rituals), each spell and trap type (continuous, counter, equip, etc) except ritual, and each extra deck type.
My Highlight were the Camps which I organised 😇 it was a Pain preparing Them, but after seeing the result it was all worth it 😄
shadow duel: you can only use monsters and they all must have "0" or "?" original atk. Win condition = battle dmg only
My both part of 2022 was definitely when the summer holiday began and I just slept till like 4 in the afternoon
Tactical masters has to be my favorite set of the year! Hoping next year everyone has good pulls!
I think my favorite part of 2022 was my older broski got married, that's just awesome, hard to top that really
Yoooooo! That was rough, all those coin flips! I’d have been tempted to play Arcana Force for the memes 😂
2022 is the year I returned to YuGiOh from a Pause that lasted from 2015
Highlight of 2022 is actually getting back into the card crack 😅 so I kind of reaaaaally need that binder. The shadow realm is definitely milder than the weather we've been having ;)
My highlight of 2022 was honestly nothing more than enjoying online tournaments because I wasn't a big fan of YCS Pasadena per se as I was there and there were more problems than just ishziu tears running around that would take me hours to list all otherwise, I'm just more excited for 2023 tbh as I didn't like 2022 per se, but that's just me imo; otherwise, I'm hoping everyone else's 2022 is better than mine.
I became a dad,and want to get back to the tcg and that collection is a great start for 2023
In terms of Yu-gi-oh related high points this year, pulling my first ever starlight rare card and it was Therion King Regulus ^^;
My favourite yugioh part of this year definitly was my first ycs in Utrecht!
congrats to sunpai hopefully the collection does them well!
Ritual summons only could be a neat shadow duel
Shadow duel idea: every turn you lose 2000 life points, and you both play aromage.
Looks like someone will be having a very merry Christmas
Great episode, so close to the goal sad to see you have to restart but that just means the series lives on can't wait to see the next episode.
Always love seeing that little bell telling me new revz dropped
Epic pigs and blankets bro. Too elite to not have around Christmas!
High point for me was winning my first locals and then right after pulling chimera guardian in the very last pack of a booster box
highlight for me was topping my first locals at the end of 2021 i got back into yugioh and playing at my locals and winning one really pulled me in deeper
