How to finish digitally designed dentures

This is how digitally designed dentures, using actual denture teeth, are finished. When making digital dentures there are different methods of manufacturing both the pink base and the white teeth. The teeth and the bases can either be milled or 3D printed. We can also use actual denture teeth which are placed into a milled acrylic denture base, like in this video. In the end these denture is made of the same materials and teeth that we have been using for decades but has been 100% designed and manufactured digitally. These real "carded" denture teeth look much more natural and will take longer to wear down compared to a milled or 3D printed set of teeth.
