Their work looks very neat i must say one thing to keep in mind i noticed steel windows were used these tend to roth really quick aluminum would be the best option cheaper and last longer
Thanks for the tip. I'll find out more about your suggestion. I imagine security is a consideration; of course, you can couple aluminum with security grates.

I know Highbury park..they have homes started from 1.6 mil and up..I believe they in boy Cato road if I am not wrong

Wow, man give a price just like that without info on how large the house and what its going to be like, e.g. how large the kitchen, the living room, bedrooms, toilets and roof, etc.. thats exactly how people get into problems.
House look nice but looks the house is built almost flat to the ground would been better raising it a bit higher looking like a disaster for flooding

Can't get some off the work
Look at that roof it's not built right the hip and valley aren't right 😒.
And in trinidad there is not trim work no casings no baseboards the kitchen is concrete.
What trinidad needs are trade schools they don't have experience in finishing concrete.
If they build steps they will strip it down the next day madness..
