You can, and I don’t want to put you down but to get to a good level while being consistent and injure free gymnastics is a sport you have to start when you have mommy and me classes which like like toddler stage
@@claromepa4582 at the moment I am self taught, because lessons are too expensive right now. But, over the past few months I have gotten more flexible done more conditioning, and I have gotten so many skills. Do you have any tips on fear of going backwards like in a back walkover, I am scared on going one foot instead of two
@@clara449 if you can, I would say start with back tucks if you have those, do back limbers or go in a handstand and then quickly go to a back walkover. With the back limbers just slowly start putting one foot before the other
Beam is the most nerve racking thing to watch I swear.
I like watching them perform, I would be scared of hitting my head or something lol

Karen Martinez same lol
Love watching her.
"And that's why you want Aly Raisman on your team"
ME: YEAH NO SHIT
Aly is best gymnast 🤸♀️ I love you so much Aly💕❤️💗💗🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️
Beam is Aly's (Alexandra) best or second best gymnastics routine.
I’d say floor is her best, once she polished her pass, she was practically unstoppable only one who could do better was Simone.
You are beautiful and perfect
Can I start gymnastics at age 14
You can start at any age! ☺️
