Hi there - I'm so sorry but it does not integrate with Android yet :( you can still download the LIFX app and use all the functionality of the lights and integrate it into your sleep journey. We have validated this in a few studies as helping with sleep.
I actually haven't had that problem but i have seen what you are talking about. I think it could be bad internet. I had it in my old apartment and then I got an eero and it resolved. You can use the small number on the bulb itself to sync

These bulbs are so wack cause after time they disconnect and if you don’t have the box to scan then idk 🤷🏾♂️
