Great update on the super bee ,iam glad the commission build went down well and a lovely datsun as a gift .your brother will be happy with the tank . All the best Martin
Hi George! Thank you my friend! I agree, we all should share more stories about the issues we had and how we figured out to fix them. You never know who it will help down the road.
Fairlady! Wow, what a score! Super Bee looks cool and fixing the wheel camber...well, this too will pass. Lol. Also, sweet Camaro kit. Now a chocolate chip from Charlie's Chips. Mmmm!
Cant wait to see what color Mrs BG selects for the Fairlady. LOL. The tank looks like a nice kit. The trouble you're having with the Super Bee would have caused me to put it away. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the kind words Bryan. I'm so glad that you're going to build the M1A1 Abrams for your brother. I know that you'll do a great job with it and that your brother will love it. Please tell your brother "THANK YOU" for his service to our country. The "Datsun" Fair Lady looks to be an awesome kit especially with those "extras" on it. Does Ice Man Collections make a body kit for that model?(spoiler, wider wheel well flares) Glad to see the Super Bee back on the bench and I love those super wide tires on the back end. Nothing like a MOPAR with some real muscle. Take care Bryan. Tom S.
Hi Tom, you are more than welcome! I started the Abrams this afternoon and have made some great progress on t. Sadly, i started it because the Super already started "bee-ing" a pain! LOL. Iceman does not make after market parts the new Datsun kit....yet. I have learned to never say never when it comes to Joel. ;) I have passed on your kind comments to my brother and he has said to say thank you!! and he is really looking forward to having this one on display in his man cave!
Thanks Mike!! A couple of lucky scores for surer!! The second set of decals did work. But I am not 100% happy with them, so i am sitting on that one for a bit until i decide what I wat to do about them.
Nice stash adds. That Camaro kit is awesome. I only have built one of those. I need to build more of them in every version. Glad to see the '70 Super Bee back on the bench. When you get it finished, we should race with my '69 GTX pro street. Fastest one to 55 wins lol 🤣🤣🤣👍😎
For the rear wheels in a tight tub like that, I put a ball of epoxy putty un top of the tires set it on a level surface and make sure it sits right. let it set and you have a REALLY strong wheel set up. I've had slicks break off at the hub.
Actually, I'd say the spindles being smaller than the wheel mounts is bueno. Suggest putting the wheels on last after everything else is buttoned up. Put a solid "Huak Tuah" of 5 minute epoxy in just one wheel mounting hole and insert it where it needs to be. The epoxy will fill the gap and allow wiggle room and nobody will know better. Once that is set, repeat on the other side.
Howdy! oh man hear you. if it weren't for the great generosity of my client, i still wouldn't have the Z kit and would be pining for it. I feel the price of $45.00 is well worth it after looking through the kit! I hope you can snag one soon!
I really, really want that Tamiya 240Z.
I don't blame you. it is a super nice kit! =)

Hi Deen! I am really curious to see how they will look! I hope they look as good i imagen them too.
Sounds like a tough kit, but you are making good progress. That 240Z kit looks nice, I love those cars.
Thanks Steve! I don't think I would recommend this kit.
Can't wait to see it finished
I picked up resin parts to do the 70 Coronet RT you use that super bee kit
Hi Carl! Oh cool! i bet that will be a better version than the AMT Pro Street kit i am working with!
Cool kits, I just got that 69 Camaro kit and it looks like a fun kit.
Hi Mars! yeah, you lucked out on winning the Camaro kit! =)
Great stuff Bryan👍
Thanks Paul!!😁
Love the z . I have the first version of that kit. I hope mrs bg doesn’t want a pink interior ,like mrs Onix did on the gto..lol😂
LOL!! i would definitely have to overrule Mrs BG on that call! LOL! =) thanks my friend!!
I just ordered the Tamiya Z kit. I love 240Zs! (or, Fairladys, if you're nasty!) The thought of hosting a JDM Group Build keeps gnawing at me...
Hi John, Awesome! this new Z kit is really sweet! Stay frosty, a JDM group is in the works! ;)
@@BGsModelWorkshop 😮😮
Great stuff BG!
Thank you!! =)
Great update. And stash-adds.
Seems like an odd problem with the wheels. Seems like there's always something in every kit.
100% agreed! every one has an issue somewhere...this one had a few too many LOL.

Hi Tim! you know what, you're right, it actually is a blessing in disguise! Definitely give the epoxy a try! thank you!
👍👍
Thanks Charles!
Man I want that new Z. I regret buying the ZG now I'd rather have the new one to replicate one I saw from Wekfest Japan this year
