We love your call for everyone to get "Beyond the Pullouts"! Nothing is better in our National Parks system! It's amazing to think how little the roads and pullouts scratch the surface of the beauty in the parks. Beautiful!
We've done 25 National Parks. Just got back from Grand T NP and Yellowstone NP. I think both may have been my favorite so far. I was a couple feet away from a Bison that decided to walk up to me and over the boardwalk....and several walked pass my car grunting and growling when we did an evening loop drive, Saw a bear casually eating in a field, elk, A moose on the Cascade Canyon out and back hike(very close to the trailhead where the ferry drops you off), swam in the freezing waters of Jenny lake and warmer string lake, swam in the thermal fed waters of the fire hole river and Hiked all along the Yellow Stone river with views of the waterfalls. I love National Parks because they make it easy for old folk to enjoy immense beauty with a short walk from the parking lot.... OR.... give you the opportunity to take a "risk your life adventure hike" in the glorious wild! Note to all: Yellowstone has thermal pools with boardwalks and signage to keep you safe....but there're hikes that will lead you right up to very dangerous hot pools, thin crust surfaces to fall through and hot streams without any boardwalks, fencing or signs.....it's just there bubbling away miles away from the trailhead. One example out of many is a hike just a mile or so after fairy falls.
Great video in May I will be going with my son and daughters we will be driving 2/3 of the way across America to the grand Tetons for a 10 day trip hiking in the back country. Thank you for the video I’m sorry that you have one dislike. It was absolutely nothing in this video that was unlikable. Great music to.
Red Spain appreciate it! Have a great time! What section are you hiking? The high country will still be covered in snow in May (I was surprised by how much snow was still left over when we went in May one year).
I am currently preparing to head west from Indiana to the Tetons in a week and came across your video. Chills is an understatement and you just brought my excitement to another level. Unbelievable video my man. Can’t give enough praise to you. Well done and can’t wait to experience it myself. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
WOW! This was such a great video. I literally got goosebumps and teary-eyed during the sunrise. We are visiting the Teton's for the first time this summer and I am so excited. Thank you!
This video is so beautiful. I'm shocked google didn't take it down over the music though. My wife and I move every three months for her job. I'm gearing up to do some hikes and get some cool footage. Very nice job on the different cinematography. You need to do more cause now I'm hooked
Ryan talbot thanks...yeah the music choice is flagged but it doesn’t take it down...it just doesn’t allow me to monetize the video...that’s fine. It’s just for posterity. Appreciate the kind words.
J. Moore Outdoor Photography one interesting thing I just read is that there aren’t any reservations this summer and you apparently have to get the permits in person at wherever they have their office 24 hours in advance.
Simply Beautiful.....
Steve Arita thank you!

Hello, what time of year was this?
Tyler Lachaussie this was mid-August 2018
Do you need a permit to camp up there?
Joe S yes and they’re pretty hard to come by...we actually lucked into a cancellation
