In this situation, too much bind makes the passive "Myo's Prowess" completely obselete, as too much bind can set Kali's speed to 1 which The Strongest will always convert into Infinity. This is why Myongest/Myo's Prowess Red Mist solo runs usually avoid using Metallic Ringing. TL:DR, This video is all about Myo's Prowess, To The Red Mist, if Speed = 1, Speed = ∞. Then Myo's Prowess does NOTHING. Therefore, the run is gone.

The time he used harmony corresponded with his emotion level so that he could get Dark Flame, which changes resistances from Endured/Ineffective to Weak/Fatal, while giving 1-2 Haste and 2-4 Strength. In otherwords, he had 5 strength from the start. Got 7 Strength from Harmony. And got 3 Strength from Dark Flame. (2-4 Strength Range via. selection for the rest of the reception) 5 + 7 = 12 + 3 = 15 Strength Total.
i still prefer red mist because of a free mass attack, easy highrolls aswell as a budget furioso. The abno pages are also really good and universal. Yesod's floor wouldnt exist without solemn lament ngl

button in top left hand corner that will keep rolling so you dont have to hit space bar 1000 times
