The ancient scriptures are replete with prophecies and symbols indicative of the advent of our Savior Jesus Christ as the Promised Messiah. Not only Isaiah who dealt directly with foretelling the future mission of Christ, but others such as Abraham and his sacrifice of Isaac, Moses with the Brazen Serpent, Job who bore witness of the reality of the resurrection, and Zachariah who saw the Savior in vision.
