Peaks Challenge Training: Can I Break The INFAMOUS Sub-10?!

- Tune into another episode, this week we're training for Peaks Challenge which is a brutal 235 km ride through Falls Creek. It's really closing in and there's about 5 weeks until the big day, so we set off on a 200km preparation ride targeting pacing ourselves to reach the infamous sub-10 hour mark.
Early in the day, I managed to set a new 8-minute power PB of 371 watts up Brooklyn climb - a decision that would come back to haunt me later in the ride. The conditions threw everything at us - mechanicals, many bellies full of gellies, and weather that tested our resolve. Despite the challenges and my legs feeling the early effort, we maintained the target pace needed for a sub-10 hour Peaks finish (minus the elevation needed on the day).
