I'm a radio DJ and I would really recommend getting some experience on air before you think about setting up a radio station because it will give you an idea of what your looking for in a presenter it will also help you to help them with their training and it may help you to gain a greater appreciation for radio as a whole because you'll admire the talent even more 😊
