Family Care Team Information Session - Grand Falls-Windsor, NL

Our healthcare system is changing. A Family Care Team has recently been established in Grand Falls-Windsor to serve communities in Central Newfoundland, but what exactly is a Family Care Team? How do you register to be a patient with the Family Care Team? How does it differ from other healthcare options, and how does it impact you?
The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor, in partnership with the Grand Falls-Windsor Community Healthcare Coalition and NL Health Services, hosted an Information Session on January 31, 2024, to answer all of these questions and more.
