The text origins from Isaiah 44:3-4 and the translation is the King James Bible: "(3) Thus Saith the Lord: (For) I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring: (4) And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses."

Probably from the Old Testament, but where? It might be, that I have known it and forgotten later. It is easier for me to hold the Text Passagen at my Kind than the Numbers of the Passages.
