Thank you for the great video - especially the dipping sauce recipes. Nice to have frozen dumplings for a quick appetizer or snack or meal. Your comment about your hoisin sauce on chicken for lettuce wraps is inspirational!
I buy ling ling potstickers all the time at Costco. I also like how you incorporated the ling ling dipping sauce along with your own two dipping sauces. It gives a variety of choices. I also make the ling ling similar to yours. I’m glad you made this video! I was curious how you cooked them! One f my family favorites. I usually just eat them with siracha. Thank you for sharing and creating this video.
Thnx for a nice tutorial. I made mine in a cast iron dutch oven. Didn't add enough water but they were still tasty. I had Sun Luck hot chili sauce and it was a great accompaniment. A nice quick way to add to dinner.
Thank you for the dipping sauce ideas! Making the Hoisen sauce one with our dumplings tonight. We don't have that brand here in South Africa but we have an amazing Chinese supermarket that sells some frozen dumplings and will be eating those soon ❤️
@@kayclardy7765 really liked it. It was sweet and zesty. Different from the usual soy sauce vinegarette you might have but in a good way. We love it with dim sum that has Prawns or shrimp in it.
Oh i actually had potstickers last night..with almost the same mix as your second dip. Except olive oil, i added some sesameseeds and green onion though. So good!
Yeah I used to see them around all the time and never tried them...and then when they wanted to partner with me, I suddenly couldn't find them! Thankfully it was Amazon Fresh to the rescue! These potstickers are good...definitely give them a try!
Hello chef Julie , it’s great dipping recipes , they look delicious! Love they are quick and easy to make. I think these dipping not just perfect for dumpling but will try for hot pot too
Nice technique and I like the ending evaluation! Multible dipping sauces!! The other way I like to eat is to do aws you have done then put them into a Nice bowl or Raman or other noodles. Also in Japan I often ate them as fully Deep Fried ...... Dumplings, Gyoza How Many ways to eat. Oh and Just Steemed!
I just love the sauce that they come with.. I get them at Costco they are often on sale.. But I am always looking for an even better dipping sauce.. Great video. thanks.
I’ve struggled with getting these out of my pan before, but after watching your cooking tutorial I got it on the first try! I also made the hoisin sauce and it was a big hit with my family 😁
Chef you are so in my kitchen right now the sauces made me want to lick😋 the screen let me cook I'll let you know how it came out!! Yes I keep frozen and homemade potstickers in my freezer
Pagoda and Crazy Cuisine are my favorite of the national brands while Ling Ling, Tai Pei and several I can't remember right now but, I cringe everytime I see them in the freezer section. Ling Ling seems to be popping up everywhere when searching for potstickers. They must have an extreamly large budget for advertising. Are you getting a little something from them? They are not the worst but, I don't like their shins and the filling is so so. Most of the national brand's sauces are just too sweet. If you like Panda, you'll like these...

Can you do this with dumplings you made yourself and then froze? Won't they be overcooked?
Thanks for sharing. They also sell vegan or vegetarian potstickers?

Does it bother anyone else that she needed to pull up her sleeves?
She’s not cooking for ME, so no.
Don't try to be a hero. Use a *non-stick* pan. No shame.
You can tell she’s a Twinkie Korean .....😩
