Those who have a higher learning mindset usually don't have too many friends because it's more comfortable to be fed information by media than to do your own research. Learning new skills is also not at the center of most PPL's focus which is why so many live by victim mentality and even feel offended if you try to encourage their personal growth. *Long as you learn you're alive* , something the braindead robots of the world don't care to know. As I was saying, *Knowledge is Power* but the solitary Life of a Hermit comes at the price of low tolerance for ignorance.
My constant drive to learn more led me to the facts that our health, mental and physical, is driven more by what we eat than anything else. Dementia and Alzheimer's are practically non-existent in remote parts of the world where they have no processed foods or fast foods. They don't have heart disease or stroke or cancer either, fancy that! WFPB is the best way to eat for optimum human health and longevity. Hope this helps some others find the joy of better health, as I found a few years ago.
