I'm trying to figure out how I can go back to the menu after I've played my DVD for awhile. I've been doing REV or FWD which takes a lot of time. I just want to bring up the menu. Of course I see the menu at the beginning, but I want to go back to the menu later.

wondering if you ran into the issue of the wrong resolution? I put on a usb stick a .avi movie, and the movie plays the audio but the video wont play because its not compatible resolution (its 720p) any help would be appreciated

how can I play dvd I hit enter key and nothing
So I just got mine the other day and I’m was disappointed. On Amazon it does state that it plays off of usb flash drives but what it doesn’t state is that it’s limited...max capacity for flash drive is 32GB. Anything over won’t play. Super bummed out because of that cause that why I bought it. Also the movie have to have this specification: 480x320...23.98fps bit rate: 564.13kbps
Serious question, please help if you can. I just bought this for my uncle (he lives in another state) and sent him a collection of burned CD-RW disks to play and he can't get ANY of the DVD's to work (although he was able to play a regular DVD). He also says there's nothing in the instruction manual that can help him. I KNOW the device is compatible with burned disks because it's in the description, but he says all it does is show the track listing and he says there's no play button.
The format should be readable. Im not sure why it wouldn't work unless the recorded CD was corrupted or not recorded properly? Also, the player might be defective? I would notify the company if they could help you resolve the issue🙏
@@giobunnytech, thanks for your response. Actually, i realized (through trial and error and much wracking of my brain), that the problem was the format of the files copied onto the disks (mostly MP4's). That DVD player only plays certain formats like AVI, etc. (i read this in the details of the description for the device). So i downloaded some software and just spent the last 2 days converting all the files and saving them onto a new USB memory stick i got for him (90+ files). Hopefully, they will all play fine now.

My DVD recorder requires I do a certain formatting function so DVDs recorded on it will play on other players. The heading in the instructions was "How to format a DVD to play on other DVD players".

Hey! Just now seeing this but since I don't use this on a regular basis it wouldn't be a fair review for durability. It should come with warranty though & they are still selling this product even 3 years ago when I first reviewed so that should be a good sign👍

Ok, question again... i was able to convert and transfer all the files onto a USB stick and mailed that to my uncle, now he's saying he plugged it in, but he STILL can't get anything to play and he's receiving a message that says: "No Disk", so my question is, what do you have to do to play files from a USB memory stick? Do you just change the settings or what? Please help, thanks.

I am having the same problem with it reading the SD card. I converted the mp4 videos to AVI, and it doesn't see them.
Why do you KEEP saying you are surprised how large the monitor is ? Did you not look at their advert properly when you ordered it? 🤔

This is the same as the DBPower players, as I have both now, and they gave the exact same interface. And neither will read the SD card. Typical Chinese stuff.
