  • In this tutorial I demonstrate how to tie a sennit rose knot. This tutorial was requested by a fellow knot enthusiast.
I was not able to find any sources on this knot, but I was able to use the techniques I know to make it.
The knot is a great looking button knot and it is usually made using 8 strands.
The knot is tied by first sectioning the cords into four pairs. We use these four pairs to tie a crown knot. We continue by tying a multi strand spanish ring knot around the crown knot. We finish the knot by tucking the cords to the bottom of the knot.
Be patient when tying the knot and tighten it slowly. If you have any questions, feel free to post a comment below!

Good day, Paracord Guild!!! I LOVE this know. Please (as requested in a different video of yours) if you could add just explain the knot you started with; how you got to the point where the 8 strands begin, I would love it. Otherwise, I don't know how to get started so I can make this beauty. Help! All my best. :)

Love your videos - they're always so clear and done at an ideal pace (I know from experience that is not easy). I think I'll use your Spanish ring knot method to lead up to the finishing globe knot on my bell ropes. Of course, first of all I'm going to try the rose knot!

Yeah. The MW is a great transition knot, but it is not a must. You can tie directly from a braid.

      Hey!
The braid in the loop is a 4 strand round braid that transitions into an 8 strand herringbone braid.
I will post a tutorial on the site today.
