This vlog includes so much that I want to share with you all. My mother-in-law prepares a very delicious jackfruit dish that we have for breakfast along with neer dosa or any dosas. I wasn’t a fan the first time but as I had it a few times, I enjoy having it. it’s a very simple dish.
Ingredients :
Chopped Ripe jackfruit - 3 - 4 cups
Water - 2 cups
salt - 1/2 tsp
grated coconut - 2 - 3 cups
Rice flour - 3 tbsp mixed with 1/2 cup water
sugar - 1/2 cup or more if needed
tempering :
Ghee - 3 -4 tbsp
Shallots - 5 - 6 chopped
cardamom powder - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
I couldn’t prepare anything special for parents on the day they came from India because I was feeling a bit tired. But I had some items in my fridge and pantry with which I had in my mind to prepare a dessert for them. Mom and Dad, both enjoy puddings and kheers. So I prepared it on this day and while I was preparing, I got a call from my very close dear friend Shebi. She will be coming by evening time to meet her preggy friend. And of course came along with some savoury snacks that I enjoyed having it. Not the least, she brought a bunch of fruits too and she made me feel so special.
Ingredients :
French toast-
Bread slices - 13 - 14
egg - 3
sugar - 6 - 7 tbsp
milk - 1/2 cup
vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Whipping cream - 500 ml
thick cream - 250 ml
condensed milk - 1 tin
pineapple pieces - 2 cups
marble cake or chocolate cake

My 1 st one is 11 years okd and last jan we were blessed with princess and now its been nearly an year our life has changed so much ❤❤❤ , the bond they share , how much joy and love she brings to family is just awesome . I can’t express in words. She is the ruling queen at home now 😂.
