@SamsWhiskeyBar I'm sure it's a very fine pour. I guess my concern is more about bourbon devolving into the cockamamie realm, like some rums, using solara age statements.
Valid concern but with the $h!+ loads of whiskey out there, I love different takes on the process. Age statement aside obviously 😜
