It's interesting that the women on the panel that haven't signed a prenup have ideas on how they should be paid from a prenup. They say they'll pay out half but if a man states how he wants his prenup to be arranged to his advantage (like divorce gives to them currently) it becomes a problem. When I remarry, I will have a prenup signed first. I'm saying!!
They say the bread winner gives 50% that’s usually slanted. If there’s a house, unless they sale and split proceeds, that goes to the woman, she may have her own stuff, but it’s the man’s stuff that gets split. I’d agre argue guys loose closer to 70-80% of everything once it’s all done. Including the kids.
Principles are set standards for where a person should be established. Adjustments are areas where one makes room for growth in their principles. Submission is an adjustment to each persons level of growth FOR their relationship. Submission NEVER involves unhappiness. It should be open communication and an understanding for both of them. By the way, I'm speaking to & for couples who are married AND committed to growth between them for their relationship.

You sound dumb af, the mother literally has to be an active crack head or in prison for the man to get custody, shit in some states the father has no rights at all until they go and file paperwork to legitimize. Custody should automatically start at 50/50 with no child support and then go from there.
Look up the tender years doctrine. This was the publication that was adopted by the family court that moved from the father getting custody after divorce to the mother receiving them. Most times if a father wants full custody most times he has to prove the mother does beat for the kids or the mother says she doesn’t want the kids. That doctrine states for the best interest of the kids in their tender years was to be with the mother. Lawyers would tell fathers unless you dont think the mother is fit fight for 50/50 at best. Would save time and money. Men have accepted the practice of giving the kids to the mother.

The breakdown of the marriage happens long before the papers are drawn up and women sometimes in their emotional state would talk bad about their husband to their kids( know from personal experience). I have seen mothers also dont do that because they understand the issue isnt between the father and the kids but the husband and wife. Women alot of times so turn their kids away from the father because they spend more time with them making them a larger influence especially is the dad is working multiple jobs so he is barely at home.

The reason women get kids is the because of the tender years doctrine. It stated the mother was best in early childhood of the child because the father was out working and the mother was nurturing. Before that doctrine men mostly received the kids because they were the providers and the kids were seen as his legacy.
