It got its graffiti in 2017 13:18 nice to see an old repainted UP wide cab towing an inspection car 15:09 wow, a bunch of single stack containers passing each other west of Chicago! 15:24 nice to see a Warbonnet leader with a Ferromex loco without its center body and dented rear 17:43 That's something clever for the rear locomotive! 0:12.... Hey! The peanuts are done!!! Mmmmmmm..... fresh roasted! 25:55.... Ahhhhhhh!!! The first lightning capture of the season, that I've seen. Most excellent! Way to bookend the vid, love it! You know, you guys that run the show here should loop some of the storms & make your own sleep aid videos. You get enough footage to make it quite easy for yourselves. With &/or without trains passing the camera. Bet that might make for a few good view & revenue generators, too. A great & somewhat tough one would be to capture San Juan Capistrano in a heavy rain at night. It's quite picturesque when it does happen. Heck, I've put that cam up on my computer numerous times to sleep to when it isn't raining. Quite relaxing. Regards!

14:20 never seen engines turn their lights off like this. Was it just as a gesture to the passing train, to turn the brights (re: ditch lights) off to not blind the oncoming train?
You should look up videos of that, engineers dim the lights when meeting other trains pretty much every single time. They often even do it when approaching grade crossings as in this video, which you are technically not supposed to do since the ditch lights need to be displayed to do greater than 20 mph over public crossings according to the FRA.
saw lights dimmed for the first time ever last night... approaching CSX coalers next to the Potomac near the C&O canal in MD just east of Harpers Ferry VA
All the VIP trains rolling makes me wonder if they will be used more during the political season coming up. GREAT (not yelling) LIGHTING at the END WOW
Love the SD9043MAC (NS SD70ACU) running long hood forward at 25:18! That's not something you see everyday! Also that CDTX SC-44 Charger at 17:42 is hilarious! "JUST MISSED IT"

It's a great story about how JB Hunt and the then Sante Fe railway initially agreed to domestic intermodal transport. It's a great example of widly believed competitors (train vs. truck) working together to succeed. Imagine each company without each other today.

Backward is called Longhood foward.
Poor Ferromex locomotive.
25:16 they ran their C39-8s like that in case of a crash the crew would have more protection
I was thinking the same thing
That ferromex looked pretty cool. I never saw an open engine before :V

Christmas lights still up in Elkhart?
Leave them there unlit; saves the effort of putting them back up next year. Human energy saving action.
I saw that UP MOW train in St. Paul last week, nice catch

What exactly happened to FXE 4086? It looked like it got in a wreck.
train derailment by boulder along the Mississippi River, April 2020
This was nice
@ 8:27 looked scary didn't it.
Question... 13:55 What is the "flat" car for? very odd-looking.
Evidently there is a required minimum of axels.
Great Video Virtual Railfan

What happened to 4086?! Looks like the engine exploded! Minus the engine intact, and no scorch marks, but still. What happened?
15:38 Fakebonnet and a skinned Sd70ace. Can this get more insane?
if you look at 7:07, whats with the 3rd unit. the exhaust looks to be covered by some wood hmm?
Yeah", The cabooses whistle sounded super high pitched
What happened to 1072!? 😲😲😲😲😲
The caboose whistle sounded like Percy’s whistle from Thomas and friends
that was a wistle?
MaktoubTube Tube well yes
Minute 10: just south and west of the Chehalis, Washington camera is the Chehalis-Centralia Railroad (which operates a tourist steam train).
The Caboose sounds like Percy's whistle from thomas and friends

Dan Burch its silver star..
15:43 Um boss I think we miss a part of the forth train
Two Ferromex units... One had a bad day.
Yeah, by the looks of it, it was probably wrecked in an accident. Idk if it's being repaired or scrapped, but it's like a wait-and-see scenario

What's with 4086? Something's missing! The train wouldn't happen to be south bound by any chance?
I feel sorry for the people who watch these late at night, with that final shot they probably lost a solid half hour of sleep.
