Those of us whose families were castrated in detention without trial in Nsawam is still fresh in our memories. The chief in my town was destooled and detained in Nsawam without any apparent reason. If any family member of this lawyer Anokye Frimpong were sent to Nsawam detention, he would not come out and spew those words. All those who hate Ashantis will not succeed. He that Jah bless no man can curse. Ashantis and Asanteman will always grow from strength to strength. Jealousy and envy are self destructive emotions.

It was Napo's grandfather who named Kwame Nkrumah as Osaegyefo.. So Napo wouldn't have insulted Kwame Nkrumah because of the relationship his grandfather had with him. Napo only acted politically and not morally. As a politician, he has to be grateful to Nana Addo who made it possible for him to attain his new position. Unfortunately, his statement is being interpreted differently for political scores.

He didn't say "YOUR NKRUMAH." He said Mahama's achievement is greater than Nkrumah. These are two different statements.
Dr. Nkrumah came to inherit fortune left by the British. The British left behind a whooping amount of £200,000000 for the country. Nkrumah didn't come to inherit debt of 32 billion cedis as Mahama left for Nana Akuffo Addo. Dr. Nkrumah used that collosal amount to develop the country. The Akosombo dam was built by the Italians at the cost of seven million pounds. Nkrumah inherited a fortune but Akuffo inherited a debt of 30 billions cedis left by Mahama. Upon all the debt inherited, Akuffo Addo brought Free SHS to the whole country not a region covering over four million Ghanaian children. About 11,900 kilometres of roads has been constructed by Nana Akuffo Addo. Which government since independence has been able to construct such number of kilometres. If Nkrumah was able develop the country, the money used was not Nkrumah's Ghana hard earned currency but the money left for us by the colonial masters.
