@@TechTualChatter what's your opinion on NOC role? I've heard you saying that you've spent some time as a NOC guy. It's more of a IT support but did you like it better than the helpdesk? I personally like this role because it deals with network monitoring and troubleshooting and errors detection. Those are very important skills to have/know if you want to get into the networking or cybersecurity world.
