So Iden and Blu are just Ironman „Champions“ not „World Champs“? Weird Intro

    Coach, we don’t understand.
Gustav has death in Family, is sad, feels underpowered and out of shape. And he looks puffy.
So the solution? Let’s send him to high altitude camps where w less oxy body under constant stress? And where this champion can get his butt kicked every day by Kristian?
Why sd he not be on a beach at sea level in the sun and eating protein and sleeping?
Gustav, you are a champion. Time now to stop worrying and stop this concern over time and Paris. Of course you are going to come back, in top shape! That’s not even a q for someone like you. Of course. These bad times are exactly what you excel in, you do fine with them, b c when they end, and they will, that will make a gold medal all the sweeter. Of course you are going to be great again, come on!
Coach, why not w all these stellar numbers Kristian keeps going at altitude? Hard but not too hard. He has a peak many months away, in July.

I see one burnt out athlete and the other athlete hurtling towards burnout. I hope these spectacular athletes are getting all the care they deserve.

THey yrobably the closest monitored athletes in the world when it comes to health and performance metrics (more or less) so you must sit on some interesting data there.

Physiological monitoring for sure. If “The Norwegian Method” pays adequate attention to mental health protocols, great. I just haven’t seen or heard much mention of it.

Are you trying get a job or what? Those two are world class athletes with multiple achievements each, GI has recently lost his mom, got injured and is trying now to do a transition from Ironman to olympic distance never done before at this level. Who are you Mrs. Nobody?@@Rovingkiwi0516

They have a total lack of charisma, they scramble for nothing.
