Fantastic cleaning motivation as usual 💪 I always appreciate when you film while emptying/taking out the trash mostly when it's so needed like in this one. I just hope one day you'll have to discard stuff that I struggle to toss like old clothes that can't be donated or magazines/catalogues to get the motivation to toss mines as well 😅

I need to get the eyebrow stencil kit since having thyroid cancer I have lost half my eyebrows. From my thyroid cancer as well my hair and eyelashes haven’t grown since and having lost hair and eyelashes. I was thinking about getting magnetic eyelashes or find a good eye lash serum. I don’t do anything with my nails anymore. ✨

I just can’t seem to stop carbs. They just seem to be in everything I eat. Maybe that’s the problem lol. I also need the creamer in my coffee. I stopped regular creamer. I now use almond milk or oat milk n it’s pretty good but I’m sure there’s sugar in there. Hmmm
Yes! Those carbs are in everything lol I have to make sure I’m getting a lot of protein everyday just to stay away from them. When I was younger I could eat whatever and never feel it or see it, but 40 came and that part of me left 😅
Actually, coffee doesn't cause inflammation in the gut. It has things in it that actually helps our gut. I will only drink coffee with milk and a bit of sugar. Three cups a day and I was feeling horrible. My dietician told me the reason I was feeling yucky wasn't the coffee but the milk I was putting in it. So I too stopped drinking it, because coffee without milk is gross. Lol I've lost over 30 lbs since I stopped in Nov. Milk and creamer has sugar and sugars is what does the body yucky
I think you’re right. I really wasn’t having any problems as far as my gut when I started drinking it black. But some drs do say if you work out and drink coffee you will be sore and if you don’t drink coffee you won’t. Lol I’m not sure though I’m not as sore because I just don’t eat sugar anymore. And yes it used to make my stomach sick 🤢
