these guys came to my high school and played for us when i was 15. i am 25 now and they are still awesome even though my music choices have changed quite a bit.
1. Oh my gosh, they are so young! 2. Holy crap, it's Steve Wehmeyer. And... um, who's on bass? Dave Pomeroy, played bass on the album this song is from, but that's not Dave.
The guy on the right looks to be Steve Wehmeyer, one of the bands founding members. He no longer tours with them. I've always wondered why, as he was an integral member the first several times I saw them. I see they tour almost non-stop, and I suppose a person could grow tired of that...
I met him once on a flight heading back East. He is a very nice guy and was great on drums. I miss the old days but still go see them every chance I get.
He had a kid with his wife and finished his PhD, and now teaches folklore and anthropology at a small college in New England. He still writes for the band though - he’s got song credits on everything but Boathouse.
Funny song.. but any man who does this is a bothersome thing.. especially if they are "active". Though the most hilarious part of this is them singing it with such gusto.. with a very fine looking woman on the violin. LOL
Quite awesome! My favorite line: "I have no wife to fight with, so I've NO SINS to confess!"
Gaelic storm rocks! This song 's got a great beat. Patrick Murphy is my hero

@jiigigaw I work an annual festival in Dayton Ohio where we have them play every year due to popular demand
