I’m also picking Two Stacks Cask Strength because I might need it after having all of our relatives visiting for the holiday. 😂

They, and the whole bourbon trail, are definitely on my bucket list!
I know I'd give really different advice today than I would have five years ago.
Yeah? I'm guessing Vodka doesn't appear on the list nowadays!
Other than a few high proof bourbons, half a dozen Irish, even more Scotch, and miscellaneous other whiskies, my home bar includes:
Angostura bitters, absinthe, Ouzo, Irish cream, Hendricks gin, Altos tequila & triple sec for Margaritas, vodka & Kahlua for White Russians, green creme de menthe & dark creme de cocoa for Grasshoppers, Everclear for medicinal & cleaning purposes, plus the inevitable variety of dubious old bottles in the back of the cabinet.
I am noticeably missing any rum, a shortcoming I should rectify for guests even though I cannot stomach the stuff myself.
I don't drink much beer, but there are a few different ciders in the fridge at the moment as well as three varieties of mead.

Sounds like a solid selection, a d don't feel bad about not having rum, if you don't like it, don't get it, as you've got more than enough ingredients there for a great range of cocktails!
Also, three varieties of mead? You (or someone in your house) must have a sweet tooth 😂
Missing bitters...sometimes I am amazed how much a few dashes of bitters impacts a cocktail.
Yeah, bitters are super important, and just adds to the rabbit hole of home bartending!
