- The plaintiff used to live with the defendant, but it was a disaster. The plaintiff alleges the defendant smoked marijuana in the apartment, and he stole from her. The plaintiff is suing for stolen items and an unreturned security deposit. The defendant insists the plaintiff left him with unpaid bills after she abruptly moved out. Additionally, the plaintiff's cat ruined his mattress and shoes. The defendant believes if anyone is owed money, it's him, so he's countersuing.

It’s funny how he says she had a huge bag of needles and cocaine everywhere, but he left his two small children alone with her. Liar liar pants on fire 🔥 😂
Seriously. After he claimed she never paid August rent and she proved she did through text message, JM should've just said she can't trust him and credit her for the utilities. "I didn't send any text messages, you can generate anything you want now" is a wild statement to make, especially since you can't do that directly in the chatlog, which the plantiff handed her.

Anyone else think it was crazy for judge to get an attitude when the plaintiff said she called the MIL. Just because she was there with the kids doesn’t mean she’s obligated to watch them until the dad gets home. Especially because she didn’t agree to that. At the point in time she could have thought something happened to him and had things to do of her own. It’s a GOOD thing she called the MIL. Judge made it sound like a bad thing.
I totally agreed & was shocked at her attitude. The kids were ALONE.
Straight up! I thought the same damn thing! She agreed to 15 minutes, those are not her kids and not her obligation!
She called the mil at 530 am. The kids were sleeping. She called to start trouble. She knew there was an issue and that was her chance to spite him.

@@gtsound12 the time and them being asleep means nothing though. they’re not her kids, she’s essentially a stranger, their dad was gone for hours with no update, he didn’t answer when she called. that’s not a normal thing for a parent to do. and to be honest, if you leave me with your kids for hours instead of the couple of minutes i agreed to, i’m calling somebody too!

Grandma knew they were both doing drugs and didn’t want those kids around that mess, and she was right keeping them.

Defendant is a liar and may still be in active addiction. Kids bio mom must be a real piece of work if he has full custody. He kept her deposit out of spite for calling his former MIL on leaving the kids with her. He was struggling on explaining why he was keeping her deposit, and he looked pretty nervous. And paranoia is due to using meth not pot. Wow. JM handed his ass to him, deservingly.

Me being a recovering meth addict 18 months clean, I can tell the defendant is emphatically still using methamphetamines, he is displaying erratic drug behavior he’s also stuttering,paranoia the indecisiveness I believe the plaintiff about the defendant apparent drug abuse.

He’s definitely still on drugs. I work with SUD users and he’s definitely still using.
I grew up in an area with heavy drug use and this man is not displaying any mannerisms of drug use. Weed will make you tired and yawn, heroin will have you nodding off without even yawning. I literally grew up around the stuff and have even taken childhood friends to rehab as adults.
As a former addict , I think it’s moronic to say from a 20 min video “he’s definitely still on drugs” so that’s actually a little ridiculous of you

As a former addict (7 years clean now 💪🏾🙌🏽) I absolutely BELIEVE the plaintiff when she said he has a drug problem. Hes still currently using and hasn't stopped. I bet he no longer has custody of those kids and he doesn't need them until he actually gets help and gets clean. Its a good thing their safe now because him being paranoid all the time, he could of hurt those innocent children. He has typical addict behavior and when he left that time, he probably went out look for meth or went to some stash house and got high. He better get it togther for those kids.

"I JUST woke up" - guy in the middle of a trial who obviously had to wake up, get dressed and get to the courtroom and then probably even had to wait quite a bit, I'm sure he was up for hours and hours and hours.
He’s sketchy af and got caught in so many lies lol. At least the meth hasn’t destroyed his looks yet. Hope he got his act together for the kids sake.
The yawn is a giveaway he was high. My brother was on meth for years and had involuntary yawns in the middle of sentence that would choke him. This guy needs help, needing to be high to come to court means you have a problem.

Okay so I have a family member who started exhibiting the same paranoid behavior (not drug related). They would repeat very strange and unbelievable stories due to the delusions, however, they weren't trying to "lie." It is hard to dispute them because the story in their head makes total sense. Hopefully he gets the help he needs.
These litigants just stumble through life, don't take any responsibility for their crappy behavior, the sad part is there's kids involved.
I hope they are both doing well today. I hate seeing what drugs do to people. Especially when children are involved. Please get clean, if not for yourself, do it for your children who deserve parents who are fully present in their lives.
