From nonphysical perspective, which is eternal united consciousness, source (what we are) projects forth thought. When that thought is focused on with enough intent, and thus has enough energy flowing to it, it becomes thought form. When thought form is focused on with enough intent, it becomes physical form.
You are not your body. Separate of your body, you have a concept of you, a concept that you keep adding and adding to throughout your life. When this concept of you is imbued with enough energy, it can materialize and take on physical attributes. Many cultures call this materialized thought that is not yet a physical being, but that takes on physical attributes a "tulpa". When someone dies, their "concept self" sometimes has enough energy running through it that it can actually become a tulpa (that is it can take on shape and sometimes still manipulate the physical dimension which is what we see in the case of hauntings and full blown poltergeists). Often it only has enough energy to sort of surge into the physical dimension. Which is why ghosts are often seen in a kind of a loop. Meaning they can feed one projection into the physical over and over such as walking down a specific hallway or appearing in one specific window or crying in one room of a house.
They are not malicious, it is just that when they are looking to interact, they will gravitate towards energy sources such as electric currents, cell phone currents, crystals or people who can perceive them so as to be able to interact with the physical dimension and finish the business they are hell bent on finishing or express the message they are hell bent on expressing.
Often our concept selves are particularly attached to a person or place. This attachment and identification is what we use to preserve our concept (our eternal selves are not concerned with preservation because we are eternal but our identities are temporary, so they are concerned with survival). Identifying with things is part of what keeps our identity intact and for our identity (the thought of us that exists separate of the physical us) this identification continues after death. This is why ghosts often attach themselves to one place or person or thing of personal importance. Such as a person's favorite spot, the spot where they died or a child's favorite toy. And that person place or thing that they've attached themselves to, is often the person place or thing that these surges into physical existence are carried out upon. This is when we say that a place, person or object is haunted.

Excellent video. My husband is terrified of ghosts. He was tormented by ghosts as a child, and has even had negative experiences as an adult. I work as a reader online, but I have never encountered a ghost who has attacked me or tried to terrify me. Someone was touching me last night, as soon as they realized I would not be 'spooked' it stopped. Fear plays a huge part in hauntings and the vibration of the person experiencing it.

The thought of ghosts being imprints of the ego of the person popped into my head a few days ago, and now this video brings to me the confirmation that my intuition was right. Do not fear ghosties people, bring them into your light.
I was at a beach house with my girlfriend in 2008.She had told me that apparitions were part of her life since childhood,in Peru. A girl of great spirit&intellect, I never doubted it. The night we arrived at the house,she photographed the pool/deck. Much to our astonishment, there were 3 entities sitting on the chairs staring back at us.As Teal says, A HOLOGRAM. This was on digital camera and we had 8 other people in the house. Needless to say, it was quite a trip and something that could be corroborated. A second pic yielded bluish orbs,and a third, barely nothing. It was a life changing experience.
I had a really weird experience awhile back, I think it's around 2 months ago. I just had discovered Teals channel and I felt myself drawn to this video. I remember I felt scared too at that moment, I think it was the fear of the possibility that I might have to acknowledge that ghosts were real and they might not be such a pleasant company. So I decided not to watch the video at the moment, but I kept the video open to watch it the day after, if I would have found the courage to see it.
It was pretty late, so I went to bed and put my laptop on sleepmode and then closed it. But right in the middle of the night, this bizar thing happened. I was woken up by this video playing! While my laptop was closed and on sleeping mode!
I was scared as hell and rushed to the laptop to turn off the video and to make sure the pc would shutdown this time. During all this I had this weird feeling I was being watched and something wanted me to see this video.
Back then I feared the content of this video might have made me go crazy, my only reference information so far I had about ghosts where horromovies =P
So I pretty much avoided the matter and was just distracted with other things, not paying much attention to it anymore.
Right now I feel more in peace with myself and I kinda felt ready to watch the video this time. It turned out like you said Teal, I had nothing to fear from it, exactly I only fed this ghost with my fearfullness.
I am pretty curious about this entity now, I am going to do the writing thing to find more about it. Since 5 years ago, I already had this feeling there was something else in this place I live. There was 1 time in the hall of the staircase I had to sneeze whilst I was holding a key. During the sneeze my key felt out of my hand. Since my eyes where closed for maybe 2 seconds I couldnt see what happened, but after the key had fallen, it had simply disappeared. Looked everywhere (it was a pretty small space too) but it was simply gone, although it had not much space to go to and nothing to hide in or under too. Is it possible that ghost can make things disappear into other dimensions? Gone ask it a few about that at least, and if it was indeed responsible for it's disappearance.
This is very interesting. Sounds exactly like how you deal with people - welcoming is the attitude that melts most misunderstanding and offence among people, while rejection feeds misunderstanding and offence.

We moved into a house (nobody in my family knew the background) But as soon I put my feet in that place I felt the weird energy, and specially one particular room, which it happened to be the room where this person took his life and was found dead.

Thanks Teal. I've been reading a lot about out of body experiences and NDEs, but always wondered what exactly ghosts were. It never made any sense. But you've explained it so well here. Ghosts aren't souls, they're fragments of thought energy powerful enough to be a form within the third dimension. They're strong initially, but weaken over time and eventually dissipate. If you give them fear energy, they become stronger. If you approach them without resistance, you can lead them into the light.
you explained this very well in your book "the sculptor in the sky" I read it front to back over and over so I don't forget to utilize all of your teachings. I now have the knowledge to find bliss in everything, and have some great conversations with my guides. Words from this dimension can not explain my gratitude to you .

once a shaman told me to put white candles on where i sleep...the ghost was in front of my bedroom-totally pissed! The whole night! The next morning I left my bedroom and in front of my bedroom were pictures hanging down from the wall which were fixed with silicon(i wasnt even able to remove them with tools! i tried that before!)... I never talked about that ghost that was following me! Then my three year old child told me that a dark spirit comes into its bed at night...

I saw my great grandmother, she came to me in a fog that formed a silhouette of her head, and disappeared as fast as it came. It probably took, 3 - 5 seconds. I also awoke one night and turned and looked and there was a little boy between 8-10 standing there, he was solid too. He just stared at me, and I turned over and went back to sleep. He was wearing green shorts down to his knees with suspenders. Brown hair and eyes. Where I am intuitive, I follow my intuition when good or bad.

What do you think isn't true, from what Teal said? If you already come into this video believing that ghosts exist because you have had encounters with them, anything is possible pretty much. Her explanation makes sense so why not except it, there are few other actual explanations for paranormal phenomena out there.
If you don't believe in ghosts this video isn't for you. Teal isn't trying to convince anyone of the their existence, she's just explaining how they work.
There have been thousands of instances of communication with guiding spiritual entities who have lovingly been guiding those whom would have ears to hear and eye to see. They have been passing these truths to mankind for centuries.

I believe we all have been ghosts at one point in time . This is when you are caught in between the physical/spiritual world. Possibly after death or before rebirth.
That answers a lot of questions in my personal study on the subject. Being a Christian & a sensitive, it is difficult to just find good Information that doesn't contradict. Really good stuff. Also, it changes my perspective on how I'll deal with late night visitors. Although, I do try to keep the house spiritually barricaded.

I've learned to lower my resistance to these attacks and to quit fighting the urges, while not actually giving in to them. When I would resist hard, that's when the impulse would grow in intensity and I would have to physically leave someone's presence in order to make sure I wouldn't reach a tipping point and give in.
They don't happen very often anymore. When they do, I relax and just observe, making sure I don't heed the desire in the impulse.

For almost all my life, I have been terrified of ghosts. I felt if I ever saw one, I might die from the overwhelming fear (no exaggeration). With the lack of true knowledge around the subject, I didn't know how to come into understanding about them and could not progress in my attitude towards them. You have brought me great relief. I finally feel equipped to navigate a ghost situation.
Interestingly, though I'm utterly terrified and resistant to them, I have still never had any obvious visual or auditory experience with one. However, I became much more terrified/distrustful/unsafe regarding my own mind, as my imagination (as you mentioned in the video) became the way in which I could manifest this part of reality. As you could imagine, distrust of one's own mind probably isn't very healthy and certainly not empowering.
I can't say thank you enough for helping me to start healing around this fear.
I could imagine that subconsciously you were convinced that your fear and rejection was the very thing keeping you 'safe' from them, which would have then made you not a match to paranormal encounters but to even more fear of them

Thanks Teal for this video. What do you do when a ghost/demon is in love with the living and does not want to go to the light? My friend's house was built on a Civil War battle field and they occupied her house. Most of them are harmless, but two are very violent. They can break things such as mirrors in the house when she tried to get help. They even threaten to kill her. The Ghost Whisper Lady Mary Ann Winkowski even came and gave up. Many pyschics/Mediums came and they all got some attachments or got some possession. One is in a mental hospital after dealing with these two ghosts/demons.

I've been seeing ghosts since I was about 7 that I can remember and I can hear them and communicate with them. I see it as a curse and not a blessing especially when you become possessed. I've seen black shadow figures to a mist to a ghost with a white body. Also plenty of orbs and I even have a couple videos I put on my channel due to ppl asking. I cleared her house with Sage but I forgot to use a bowl of water, so he ended up taking energy from me in order to cross over. Let me tell you, that was one hell of an experience. The next day, I felt drained from head to toe. But when I went back two days later, it's really hard to explain but the apartment building atmosphere felt lighter.
When I was a teenager, my mother and I visited my grandma/pa. They didn't have electricity, and we slept in a Hammock. One night, I couldn't get any sleep, so I was just idling by in my hammock. I temporarily closed my eyes (trying to sleep) but couldn't. When I opened my eyes, I saw a "ghost". I still remember some of the details very vividly. He was an old man of royalty....he had a few scars in his eyes...was glowing in white, and his presence made it bright in a pitch black room. He had a robe, and was speaking in a language that I've never heard in my life. I wasn't scared, I was mainly questioning why it was here in the first place, and why it chose me. I tried closing my eyes and thinking it went away...i opened my eyes and it got closer (literally next to me), and the voice got stronger, and this "ghost" was speaking to me, but i couldn't understand a single thing. My grandpa was in the hammock next to me, and my grandma in the bed. I said their name, but, they couldn't hear me. I think the ghost went inside me or went through the door (don't remember that part). The next day, I felt somewhat nauseous. I told my mother, but, she was skeptical.
Thanks for such a thorough explanation...a lot to contemplate. I've never thought of ghosts as ghosts in the traditional sense because it only makes sense that you would move on. But knowing the copy of a person is like a tulpa made it all click. We lived in a house that had a haunting that lasted 3 generations. Finally asked grandma about the original owner and it turned out he ended his life in the area of the house with the most activity. Pretty important detail grandma! I still dream that I'm a kid (But I don't realize that's unusual), and I deal with the fear and the haunting like I did when I WAS A kid- something goes bump, run like hell!
Hey Teal, when you were talking about the idea of malevolent entities, such as the ghost of a serial killer, are you saying that if you continue to project a high vibration and work with them in a spirit of cooperation, rather than resistance, you will not get hurt? Because there are many stories of entities physically harming people, such as scratching them, hitting them, or pushing them down stairs, so I was under the impression that when dealing with such entities, you should always shield yourself.
As far as I know, only non-human entities on the astral plane such as demons can scratch or "bite" you. But let´s see what she has to say about demons and such!

This is timely and excellent information Teal... My sister and her daughter have been experiencing some pretty powerful ghost interactions... Even to the point of her feeling like something got onto her bed and the bed physically went down... Recently, she moved and there was a loud noise in her kitchen, and she said all of her dishes in the dishwasher was turned different directions... This somehow made it to my recommendeds, so satisfied my curiosity. Rather strange topics. Lovely lady though, quite eye catching. Would not look out of place in Ireland or Britain or those sort of isles.
Ghosts? Come to think of it, I do recall faintly a time in my youth, when I believed I encountered a phantasm of a swordsman in the woods. But much more, I believe I also seen a werewolf spirit as well. I think its spirit shares my body, because I feel like a werewolf on certain nights. This is especially when the moon is bright and full, and gazing at it brings out an animal in me.

I'm also a Christian. And I don't have voices, but during the last ten years or so I've had occasional attacks of impulse...overwhelming emotions to act. And they're always impulses to violence.
I remember once speaking to a coworker and for no reason I had the impulse to punch him...just out of the blue and with no rational provocation. I have never acted on these, because they would destroy me and hurt the intended target. But the impulse is very strong.

In one of your videos you spoke of the Mercury retrograde and it's effects; very enlightening! I'm wondering what is your take on the phases of the moon. It is very talked about in the service and sales business I am in and I have noticed unexpected phone calls, and strange requests from clients during a full moon phase... what is that all about? Is there some way to expect or prepare for such a thing as with the Mercury retrograde?
"Before you came into this physical life you had a concept of who you would become." How may I ask could you possibly claim to know this? It would be easy for me to sit here and dilute myself into believing or even remembering such an instance if I really wanted to. Hi Teal-- Question for you- Is the 3D physical world the only existence in which "beings" or "thoughts" project themselves? Or are there other planes of existence and/or "dimensions," per se, that thoughts can do so? If so, is the 3D physical world the most frequent, common, and useful way to express themselves?

i was raised to believe that all unseen beings that interact with us are bad. I whether I like it or not, am able to sense whatever it is that they are. Tulpas? Fear is my initial reaction but I quickly make myself regain composure and blame sounds I hear on other things or push the thought out of my mind. I didn't know that this resistance makes them stronger. I still sense them at least once a day and they routinely make themselves known. Sometimes I accept their presence. continued ->
I really like your videos but i hav a question, maybe Im being stupid but you're saying that you can avoid them if you do not give them thought.... But if you talk to them telling them to leave and do not resist them then they leave? Isnt that giving them thought..?

Some say we are living multiple lives at once. so hard to understand.. Do we come into the physical realm for a purpose or to help humanity. Aren't we technically god if we are all one? who do we pray to? And why would god have to know himself?
a blank slate. Similar to what you do with a new crystal, so it may emit that intent/energy back to you. I feel like that would be the only purpose, otherwise imagining a shield would cause you to also feel like you needed to be shielded from something like Teal mentioned. It's the paradox of the logical mind creating in duality, and why un-conditional love for all from the heart is suppose to be the "key" or "seat of god." That's how I understand it at least, hope that helps / makes sense!

Quite like this theory -as good as anything else I have ever heard. Never been afraid of ghosts. Love the dark but might be startled a bit if I glimpsed something freaky - I like the writing theory too. I dream stories and love the plot lines I write them down sometimes. My favorites are the science fiction dreams. Awesome fun being in a sci-fi dream. I have another theory about houses. That when we create physical spaces we reinforce over and over and this has repercussions over the flow of energy in that space. I don't have enough time here to explain but I'd love to hear another theory on houses and structures
