The dead uploads started happening to me as well TWO YEARS AGO (can't believe they haven't fixed the issue). I was in a contract to use their premiere feature and stream on their platform. Our first upload after using premiere had like 100 views and 2 comments in the first hour. This had never happened before and they said it hadn't happened to anyone else. They said they fixed it but it kept happening! We thought they would fix the issues since we were under contract with them but ultimately we had to opt out since we believed it was hurting our channels algorithm. I really hope they fix this for you. Please track everything, take screenshots and keep a close eye on your numbers! I doubt they wouldn't fix your channel but you never know
