@@livinginsouthwestflorida571 Will do. Sometime next year I have been contemplating either Sarasota or Naples. Haven't made up my mind yet.
I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.🇺🇸❤❤
How about an update since Hurricane Ian blew through. Maybe hit on areas that flooded vs Not flooded. Or maybe the quickest cleanup (most likely Port Royal). Owned a home in Naples for 24 years. 11 years in North Naples in Sterling Oaks. I am sure you know where that is at. Famous for the Tennis Facility. Left in 2014 because it is just too expensive. Now insurance will be so highly priced, if you can even get insurance, that a lot of folks will have to haul a__ to a more reasonable State not as exposed to weather disaster's.
There’s been a rebirth of Naples everywhere up the coast from Marco all the way up to Wiggans pass. There’s still debris in the area however people cleared out the soaking drywall, furniture and personal belongings and rebuilt quickly….. much quicker than hurricane Irma There were debris removal trucks in Naples for a over a year cleaning up after Irma. Sad and most unfortunate Fort Myers beach and all things leading into Fort Myers beach will take years to replace. Unfortunately they were pretty much wiped off the map.
I do know they still don’t want anyone in the water just yet.
I'm moving from Hawaii to Golden Gate so I can have land and enjoy quiet.
Horrible horrible commentary. Don't listen to this. I live in Naples. Enough said.
Do a video on Pebblebook Lakes subdivision please. Incorporate some pictures of the areas your speaking about so we have visuals on them in your next video, that would really be nice.
Best neighborhoods anywhere are expensive , just putting that fact out there. I think most people want affordable that are safe neighborhoods . FL is becoming a state for the wealthy only , what is the medium home price in Naples ? I just bet it's well over $500,000 , I live in Sarasota , north of Naples and we too are high priced . Talk affordable that is what people are looking for
Not much affordable these days. What’s not “Affordable” falls along dangerous these days.
I was in Naples in 06 for a month during the winter.Loved it..but now i'm broke..sad
Speaking about Golden gate estates, yes it used to be a good place to get away from the noise but with all the backyard gun ranges, loud Spanish music at all hours of day and night it no longer is that quiet Haven.
We're full thanks! Stop destroying our town! Tell em' about the hurricanes!
Aqualane shores seems pretty nice.
You forgot to mention World Tennis Club. Great area and homes are now going up to a 1 million dollars. Tennis court pretty well maintained and most people that live here is during the season
Dumpy ….
thankssss
