Take your break it’s much needed! I know I’ve skipped summer classes before too but this time around with graduation approaching skipping summer isn’t really an option for me and I’m okay with that. Good luck and enjoy your summer!
I would have probably taken a break this semester too, but right before the world shut down (I live in Miami and we shut down later than everyone else, we shut down on March 12th, which was my birthday btw lol), literally the day before, I had a meeting with my advisor since it was time to sign up for Summer classes. I went to the meeting with him (missed work and all cause I had to run some errands around campus) and found out that I had a lot more classes than I actually needed since I couldn't transfer to the school I actually wanted to go to (FAMU) and so I didn't need those classes anymore. So my advisor took those classes off of my academic plan and that was the day I found out I would be graduating with my AA at the end of the summer semester. The meeting was until like 12 and then I went to apply for graduation (even though I won't be having a ceremony in at least six months) went back to my advisor where we talked about a few other things, and then I went to lunch with my friends since it was really late and there was no point in me going in to work.

KAITLYN!!! You should totally get a wireless mousse for your ipad it’ll make it so much easier to scroll and navigate when you put in on the top part of your desk and are typing on your laptop.

Hey ! For your hardcover textbook you can use the app Office Lens. It allows you to like scan the pages that you have to read and you can import them in Goodnotes after that to highlight and write on them ! 🙂

Wow this seems so early to start summer classes! My school extended spring break, so I’m still in my spring semester. I don’t start my summer classes until June. I’m looking forward to them, but I’m scared at the same time. 8 week classes have always scared me because I have terrible time management skills (best example being I needed to watch 20 hours worth of a playlist of videos and did 12 of them in one day. I have about 8 more hours due by 6pm today 😅).

I’m taking 310 this semester too!! 💚
Our summer classes are split into three terms, so instead of taking six classes for three months, you end up taking two per three weeks. I’m taking one for the first term and it’s literally one to two chapters and homework a day with a quiz every two days and a test every week 😩. It’s a quantitative analysis class and I am STRUGGLING.
I’m taking genetics too! I have two semesters of 5 week summer classes with two classes each 😭 I’m right there with you, we’ll get through it! Best of luck 🧠

for the textbooks, try library genesis they have many textbooks for free. You just need the authors name

Hey. Small tip for pdf textbook format, look into the random websites that sell the textbook as a digital download. They are usually cheaper and they come in pdf files. ( I don’t really know if your textbook is cater to ur university and course so it might be different) Hopefully this is helpful.
