Why are you here
@@lwinston5950 why are you under my comment 😑 😒 😐
Exactly good diet, drink plenty of water a good skin care regimen and exercise is the key ,and maybe a new hairstyle or hair color can do wonders for your self esteem.

So ignorant
Not as long as working out and building lean muscle! I was a cheerleader, dance trooper, bike rider and weight lifter as a kid. I'm now 40 and I STILL wear a size 2-4 with a cute bubble butt. People constantly ask me about my workout routine and I don't even work out anymore I just take my dog on long walks and climb a few hills, a few times per week. I'll say it again....Work OUT!
Couch potatoes will be couch potatoes and think there's a magical solution.
People that get bbl don’t want to be a size 2-4 . Like seriously shut up if you don’t have or want a bbl then just shut up and mind your business.
Well damn after 10 yrs what you gotta do, go back for another procedure😮
I played alot of sports as a kid. I think this is why my body always looks good like I don't have to work out now as an adult but my bros do or they get fatty fat boy. You should see my bubble butt
@@Vixxieartnikka mad cus u ain happy wit yourself n want a fake booty why wld she be angry?? She’s WINNING by the time u her age u gon b like keyshia cole

@@PurpleKitten03 Thank-you! My daughter is 40y/o and gets a little offended when they tell her that we look like we can be sisters....not angry that I look young but that she maybe looking older. I just say take good care of yourself while you're still young and if you need a little tweeking when you're older..."go for it!"

I guess it's one of those situations where the grass is greener on the other side. I'm like please take some of my hips and butt
One of my colleague did a BBL some years ago when she added weight looked disproportional to her body shape. She hates it all her heart. Ladies please think twice before doing this!
So she didn’t take care of her weight. That’s why they tell you to maintain weight
It looks crazy over time
Look at nicki Minaj. It was pretty before now looks awful
Did she get an actual BBL or butt shots? Do you know who her doctor was?
Yep ppl going to learn the hard way bbls do not age well at all
My aunt has had hers for 15 years but this lady doesn’t miss a meal or work out
Thank you
Hi! You mention in the video most of the fat will last forever basically… but at the same time you say at the end it’ll last 10 years. I’m a little confused by these two comments, does this mean it’s not actually permanent results once the fat has settled?
That bbl eventually does sag I see it all the time some sooner than later but it will sag
I think Im gonna workout
😂😂😂
Hello Dr, thanks for this video! How many ml is safe to be transferred for natural look. I’m 170 cm and 75 kg I have hip dips and I want to fill that up. Many many thanks
I am naturally blessed. A friend of mine who is much younger asked me how come I get such a nice a**. Mind you I am 65 years old and in four months I'll be 66. And I'm no tiny thing. I told her she got tall and thin. We all get something.
My dad once told me that I had an hour glass figure... with all the sand at the bottom. I didn't appreciate that when I was a teenager. Too bad he didn't live til this day and age. Be happy with what you've got, ladies.
I have been lifting weights since I was 16 years, have I have 4 kids I built my butt better that ever it took some years and a lot of deadlifting..but how many women at 39 like their body as much as it they were teenagers? Once you built muscles it lasts and your butt and legs match 😉
Can we make this procedure only accessible to mothers and not these young women who aren’t fully developed yet? These surgeries are hurting our young women before they even really truly need any of these procedures especially if they’ve never had any children yet.
Cosmetic surgery is best for after having children, it breaks my heart to see young women doing any of this at such young ages.
Can we make just being healthy and not overweight and fit back in style and not the factory BBL shape
Please tell me why the legs always look unproportionate to the rest of the body after a bbl??
You have to be clear and ask them NOT to take fat from your thighs and possibly even add fat to them.
@@ouououuuuuuuuu6220 Really? Wow i didnt know they could add fat to the thighs. I was thinking maybe some girls like that exaggerated look. Like giant butt and hips but little legs. Looks odd to me tho.
@@reenh462 That's not a natural look.... but "some" surgeons will just give you what you want
It’s because the women that want a bbl are usually women without big butts and adding a big butt where there was none is not going to look proportionate. Your legs develop with your butt so if you have a a flat butt most likely you have smaller legs because they aren’t holding up something large. That’s why when straighter figures add these round shapes (too large breast implants for example) it looks uncanny and unnatural. It distorts the natural lines of the body.
They went to the wrong surgeon
If you workout and use weights, would you need to stop so they can see what your butt really looks like without the muscle?
If you have a surgery date scheduled- try not to do heavy workouts the day before it. Heavy work out before surgery date will stress out your body. Otherwise you should be fine to work out. Surgeons have a machine (or should have one) that allows them to see how far they are transferring the fat into your bottom, to avoid your muscles. So work out away!
The forbidden Chicken Nuggy
Can you do my 😊 surgery
I low key can’t wait till mine Sho’s away
It might look good for 10 years. But what about how cancer cells are found in fat cells
Cancer cells doesn’t attack fat just because it’s fat. The issue is when there’s a huge excess of fat that can change the persons hormones and creates a imbalance. Which is a good environment for potential cancer cells. Cancer cells “food source” is sugar- from there it can extend to fat. So basically, just eat healthy. Having a fat butt does not mean you’ll get cancer. If you got a fat butt from eating nothing but sugar and desserts and fast food- then sure maybe. All of this comes down to genetics and lifestyle/diet.
What ???? I thought it was forever . What happens after ten years ?
Ppl who did the bbl will be “ ASSLESS” 🤣🤣🤣
I did mine in 2009, I didn't do anything exaggerated my Dr was very conscious and gave me great advice, I just needed some proportion. I still look good, still look proportioned not gonna lie I do fear to have a life threatening complication because of it... since there's still not enough science behind it. I pray to God he keeps me safe and forgives me for not loving the body he blessed me with 💔
@@jesystar so is it still the same size it was after you got it done ( six months after surgery or so ) or has it shrunk ?
@@lisalavender366 After my six month mark I still looked the same, It was still looking round and perky but still looking very natural... after years past I noticed if I lost weight I would lose some mass (but never like how I was b4, flat basically) and when I gained weight I gained it in my behind as well. Now I just look like someone with a nice shaped body but not a Jlo or a Kim K which I'm honestly very happy. But I would see why females who want to stay with a huge booty would have to go in a second or even a 3rd time I think, I'm not too sure.
🤧 a hot mess

Big time!
*It won't last a lifetime gravity will have its way or transition the slowly to a different area🤔...*
What about exercise after BBL?
Do you loose that fat?
Women who are very athletic and lift heavy weights, the fat from their breast just melts...
Excercising decreases fat and builds muscle.
Do muscle building workouts and eat certain foods
@@simplymarilyn5295 it shrinks fat, doesn't kill it! The fat cells just get very small
@@AngelfaceTV I didn't say anything about killing....I said "decrease" it!
@@simplymarilyn5295 what do you mean by decrease? Because fat cells can shrink, they can also die but like I said, exercise doesn’t usually kill fat cells, just shrink them. When something decreases it usually means less of them which would be the fat cells dying, not shrinking 🙃 fat cells can also increase, which is not then expanding, but something calls hyperplasia which means they duplicate instead of expand.
Just a little education for you
that look scarrryyyy
Their not gonna listen. ! Let them People go get them bbl's.
That’s a lie some fats dies it turns into oil
What is an "AVERAGE RESULT"
